Beautiful and spacious apartment right on the beach in the heart of Zona Romantica, Puerto Vallarta. The complex has a great pool and is within walking distance of so many excellent restaurants on the beach or downtown Zona Romantica. Gringo Gulch is just across the river. And don't miss the Mercado Emiliano Zapata near the tunnels.

We love everything about Casa Cobra and plan to return again as soon as our schedule permits. It feels like our “home away from home” in Puerto Vallarta! The location, restaurants. friendly, helpful people, and of course shopping at Sucescos always make our vacation relaxing and special. Casa Cobra is the Best!

Just perfect! This condo was wonderful in every way, location, staff, pool, layout, clean, quality of appliances, filtered water, hot water, etc. And provided everything needed, laundry detergent, bleach softener, shampoo, conditioner, soap. All was wonderful. The one thing that I missed was not having the 1 cleaning promised with the rental, other than that Fernanda and Susy, helped with everything we needed, including transportation arrangements. I’d definitely return!

By far one of the best units!! Well equipped, comfortable, great air conditioning, clean, plenty of hot water. Seriously I could have moved in and stay for a few years. The view is pure heaven. The management company very attentive and helpful. I will come back again and again.

Can't imagine a better place to stay

Max and Gillian have done a wonderful job with their Condo! This was the nicest place we have ever stayed!! Angel arranged airport pickup and some groceries. Overall a great experience!!

Beautiful Condo!

Condo was everything listed, plus more. Excellent location, spacious and well appointed. Grounds and pool were amazing. Easy check-in. I would highly recommend you book this listing, as it books up fast. Already booked our two week stay here for 2024!

Just Spectacular

From the accommodations to the view, we wanted for nothing. The environment of the facility made stress go away in no time, and the week went by faster than any other vacation we have ever gone. Whether with family or friends, I would recommend Casa Cobre without hesitation.

The condo was just as described on the listing and more! It was absolutely beautiful! The process to check in and have need met was seamless and efficient. They were able to accommodate a last minute change and took care of everything, making it easy to navigate.

Fantastic week at Molina De Agua

This property was absolutely stunning; the decor, furnishings and amenities were fabulous; this condo is luxurious and has incredible views. We have stayed at Molina in several different condos over the last few years- this unit is extra special; the owners are wonderful and the property manager Angel is very professional, friendly and accessible. We plan to book here again and cannot wait to be back!

Beautiful Condo in a Great Location

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Cobre! We have stayed a several units in Molino De Agua and this one is by far the nicest! The photos don't do it justice. The condo is well stocked with necessities, the host and manager were very communicative. The location of this building can't be beat - beachfront and walking distance to all that Zona Romantica and downtown have to offer! We will definitely be back.

Our stay at Casa Cobre was wonderful. The condo is beautiful in every way: the view, furnishings, layout, and attention to details! Angel, the manager, was very welcoming. He was attentive to our needs and checked in with us throughout our stay. We can’t wait to return in two weeks!

Gorgeous condo with amazing views and the best location in PV

Loved our time here and would stay again in a heartbeat! Condo is incredibly spacious and clean with all of the amenities. Beds were very comfortable. The deck is huge with amazing ocean and city views. The check in checkout process was great and Angel was very responsive to any questions or needs we had. The pool is magical and the swim-up palapa has yummy tacos and drinks. And when you leave the property you are practically on Mismaloya beach, the location is right in the zona romántica. We’ll be back, thank you!

Molino de Agua is the most desirable condominium project in Puerto Vallarta. It is located right on the beach in the Romantic Zone of PV. Casa Cobre (#809) is one of the best units there in terms of bedroom layout. This was our fifth stay at Molino de Agua, our first at Casa Cobre. It has to-die-for views, is fully equipped and beautifully furnished, in a completely secure environment. We will be back.

Second visit in a month!

We returned after only being away for two weeks. Our stay was as enjoyable as the first time! This condo is wonderful in every way, as we explained in our previous review. Angel, the property manager, went out of his way to locate a special type of contact lense solution that I had neglected to pack. His help saved the vacation for me! We have already booked three weeks for 2024, at Casa Cobre. We can’t wait to return! Cynde
