Beautiful, large Condo

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this stunning beach condo, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I walked in, I was captivated by the breathtaking ocean views that greeted me. The condo is beautifully decorated with a modern yet cozy feel, making it the perfect retreat.The living area is spacious and filled with natural light, thanks to the large windows that offer panoramic views of the beach. The sound of the waves crashing against the shore was a constant, soothing backdrop throughout my stay. The balcony was my favorite spot, where I enjoyed my morning coffee while watching the sunrise and my evening wine as the sun set over the horizon.The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, and the dining area is perfect for enjoying them with a view. The bedrooms are comfortable and tastefully decorated, with plush bedding that ensured a good night's sleep. The bathrooms are clean and modern, with all the amenities you could need.The location is unbeatable, with the beach just steps away. I loved taking long walks along the shore and exploring the nearby shops and restaurants. Incredible property. Perfect location. Amazing pool. The staff (pool bar and security) incredibly friendly and helpful. Mario and the owner were really responsive. Definitely will come back

Overall a positive experience. The unit is nicely decorated and conveniently located. Some maintenance issues but overall would stay again.

The BEST!!

The location is PERFECT. The gate releases you on the malecon/beach. Very close to many diner and breakfast options, within walking distance. There’s also an amazing pool with a swim up bar serving great drinks and food. It is a more quiet resort and we kept having to remind our kids to be quiet but was totally worth the experience. You will not be disappointed staying here. I can wait to return!

Beautiful Unit

This unit is amazing. We have stayed in a few different units at Molino de Agua and this maybe our favorite. It was super comfortable for our family. The unit is decorated amazingly we especially enjoyed the mosaic's on the pillars. My son loved the fact that they have children's books to read and a few little toys. We love staying at Molino de Agua because it is in walking distance of anything you may need. We will definitely be back to this unit again in the future.

Truly fantastic!

This truly was a fantastic property and unit in the best area of Puerto Vallarta! We stayed with our family of four - two parents and two teenagers - and it was perfect. The unit itself (105) was huge and so much brighter and nicer than we expected. There is ample space in each room, kitchen, living, dining areas and the main outdoor decks are huge. We spent most of our time outside and the view was amazing. Great view of the beach, bridge over the river, and pool area. Being on a lower floor was great for quick access and the view was still wonderful. The condo itself is great with beautiful grounds and an incredible pool. Pool was nicely heated - easy to stay in for an extended time without getting cold. There is a swim up (or walk up) bar with in-pool stools, drinks, and food. Servers will also come around and take your orders. You can also BYOB to the pool area, which is nice. Plenty of lounge chairs by the pools and some people had floaties in the pool so apparently those are okay as well. And there are even hammocks to enjoy in the garden. Easy to walk to just about anything in the area. A few steps away from the best pastry shop (oh the croissants!), coffee shops, restaurants, beach, boardwalk, and more. We walked everywhere and never needed a car, but taxis and ubers are right there at a moment's notice if you need one. Overall, a truly fantastic stay - would come back again in a heartbeat!

Excellent Property and Location

The condo was big and beautiful. It was a very comfortable stay with a gorgeous view. The building is well maintained and well staffed. The pool is big and relaxing. My boys enjoyed eating something from the swim up bar everyday. The location was perfect as it was within walking distance of everything happening in the Romantica Zone, right on the ocean, and at the beginning of the Melecon which we walked quite often. We definitely would want to stay here again.

Great location and property

Absolute best place in PV

Unit 105 is one of the best. We have stayed in different one a few years ago. This unit is lower so only one flight of stairs to go to the pool. The patio with the very huge couch was a hit by all of us. We will be back.

Perfection

Wonderful in all regards. Prime location. Not too busy (July). If you like to swim laps, stay here - pool is L-shaped with one side being over 50m and the other approx 25m. Accommodations very well appointed with quality furnishings and appliances, everything needed for cooking and grilling, plenty of space to spread out, and very large double patio overlooking pool, ocean, Malecon bridge over river. Although appropriately cautious when traveling in Mexico, we felt quite safe in this private enclave. The entrances from town and the beach were secure - manned stations and accessible only with room key fob/card. The grounds are extremely well maintained with flourishing colorful plants and trees. The restrooms at the pool were also spotless. This top-quality condo was exactly as advertised, which was a very nice surprise. I’d book this property again in a heartbeat!

Issues with air and front door

The air in the living room and kitchen did not work for the first 3 days. They ultimately had ito bring in a portable air conditioner and use plastic around the balcony door. It was not attractive. Also the ceiling fan on the main balcony never worked. This was all reported in the first day. Responses from the staff were very quick but responses from the owner were delayed and short. I love Molino de Agua and this is my 3 rd stay.I was embarrassed due to introducing new friends to this particular unit. Again the property staff were wonderful and tried to assist as much as possible. I plan on going back in a few months but will not stay in the same unit.

Casa by the beach!

What a perfect location, this place delivered everything that we expected from the listing. Beautiful view and very relaxing. Amazingly quiet for being right on the beach! We will definantly rent from Rob again, Mario was wonderful as well for us. Thanks for the great stay,

Beautiful Molina de Agua Condo

We just spent 10 days at this condo and it was fantastic. We were two couples, which was just right. All of the third bedrooms in this complex are rather small, but they definitely work if needed. The condo was fully stocked and beautifully decorated. While I was concerned about a lack of a view on the 1st floor, it was a great view. The first floor is actually the second floor so no safety concerns at all (parking garage is the 1st floor). Plus, the convenience of being located so near the pool, but not actually poolside, was great. Will definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Beautiful resort. Fantastic pool area.

The condominium was wonderful however very misleading regarding the Internet. Owner pays for a very slow rate that does not work well. He has been told this before come guests managing. Master suit had no TV or service even after technician arrived. The last few days the sewer gases from laundry sink were horrible and rectified by ourselves.

Best Location in Puerta Vallarta

An amazing place in the best location in Puerto Vallarta. Steps to countless restaurants and shops. Right next to the Malecon. Plus, a beautiful infinity pool and view of the ocean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Can't wait to come back for our next visit!
