Close to Old Town, easy access to I-40. This 700sf condo is a 2 level open floor plan. The bedroom and master bath is located on the 2nd floor.
House Amenities & Features:
•700 SF, open & spacious floor plan
•Bedroom & master Bathroom is the 2nd floor (must climb stairs)
•High ceilings
•Free Designated Parking
•Smart TV
•Fast wi-fi
•Exterior security camera on door.
Kitchen:
•Bright, Open full kitchen
•Equipped with (traditional drip) coffee maker, microwave, toaster, fridge, stove and oven
•Stocked with dishes, silverware, cups/glasses, and basic cookware
•Kitchen table w/4chairs for dining or workspace
Bathrooms (2):
•Clean, stocked with towels, shampoo/conditioner/soap, hand/face lotion, Q-tips.
•Bathroom 1: Half bath – toilet/sink only
•Bathroom 2: Master bathroom located on 2nd floor, tub/shower combo
•Blow dryer available
•Washer/Dryer – stacked located in half-bath on ground level
SLEEPING CONFIGURATION

Other Things to Notes:
Must climb stairs - no elevator
The complex is regularly treated with non-toxic pest repellent. Still, this property is located in a historic neighborhood in the desert. Bugs are a part of life here in the southwest. While we make every effort to stay on top of pest control and keep the apartments spotless for guests, we cannot completely control nature and therefore you may see the occasional bug. Please be aware of this and make sure you're ok with the possibility before booking.
A lockbox is located on the premises to open the front door.
Parking space is available as directed in the check-in guide. We are not responsible for tickets issued, cars towed/booted or any damage to guest’s vehicles while at the parking lot whether from casualty or negligent or intentional wrongful acts of other guests or third parties. Guest waives any and all claims, damages, and/or causes of action for personal injury or property damage against us (the host) and the parking company for use of the parking lot. We are not responsible for any articles left in vehicles.

Located in the heart of where three of Albuquerque’s most popular neighborhoods intersect: Sawmill, Wells Park and Downtown. Across the street is Golden Crown Panaderia, one of ABQ's best!
Walking distance to numerous museums including Explora Children's Museum, the Museum of Natural Science and History and Tiguex Park. Nearby is Old Town Plaza, where you can experience the "enchantment" of New Mexico’s restaurants, cafes, shops, art, street merchants, live music and entertainment.
