Spacious, cool place. Thoughtful additions like a snack basket and sodas. Location is fantastic. The only thing I would change is a better couch for watching TV. Thank you for sharing your place.

Thank you for your thoughtful review. We appreciate your feedback on the furniture. For cleanliness and to create a hypoallergenic environment where pets are welcome, we use wooden furniture that is easy to clean. It is also the reason we have lots of throw pillows and extra blankets. This gives our guests the opportunity to make the space as cozy as they need it.

We were frustrated travelers and hostess was responsive but not really pleasant when we arrived. Basically said she was busy and tired.

Ma’am, I believed I was going above and beyond to help you. I spent about 10 minutes on the phone trying to guide you to us, then stepped away from my café during Balloon Fiesta—our busiest time of year—to wait outside and help you find us. Since I couldn’t see your location, I did my best to direct you by phone. I’m sorry if my fatigue showed in my tone.

It was super clean and roomy and beautifully decorated, just like the photos. Very friendly, helpful host who we met while we arrived. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful stay with great decor and nice amenities. Very spacious and comfortable. The location in Old Town was great. The host was lovely. The only thing that was difficult was the connection between Orbitz and VRBO. It could have been easier, but this has nothing to do with the host or property.
