We adored this place, and will definitely be back! What a bargain for such comfortable beds and such a well-equipped kitchen - it lacked nothing. Gorgeous outdoor courtyard and spotless. We were happy and comfortable there!

We have stayed here three times, and this was not the best stay. The place was dirty and there is some gnarly smell coming from the dishwasher. We will not stay again.

We’re sorry to hear this stay did not meet your expectations, especially as you’ve stayed with us three times previously. We take cleanliness very seriously, and had these concerns been brought to our attention during your stay, we would have been happy to address and correct any issues. The dishwasher simply needed to be run through a cleaning cycle, which we could have taken care of promptly had we known. We appreciate your previous stays and are disappointed we weren’t given the opportunity to make this one right.

We stayed here while dropping our son off to college at UNM. The apartment was adorable and perfect for our needs!We noticed ants in the bathroom and contacted the host. She immediately sent someone over with ant traps to fix the issue.The host was very communicable and pleasant to deal with!

The host was very responsive to communications. The location could not have been any better for walking to Old Town shops and restaurants. The shower was a little tight but that was my only downside. Thank you for a great trip.

Everything was set up and well stocked, and the apartment is in a great location in Old Town! The host was also very communicative and accommodating of our flight schedules.

Would stay here again as so close to Old Town we could walk to church and shops easily so didn't have to worry about parking. The place was clean and quiet. The first morning we saw hot air balloons out the back window! We enjoyed using the well equipped kitchen to cook. Great value for money!

Really great location. Very walkable to Old Town. The shower is small, but it was really nice to have a full bathroom and half bath. Was a nice set up and would stay again.

Old Town

This place is located within walking distance of many old town attractions, parks and restaurants. Will stay here again next time for sure!

We had a great stay during our trip to New Mexico! The host was extremely responsive and clear during all communications. We appreciated the plentiful amenities & appliances, and felt super safe. The parking is a little tight if your rental car is bigger than a small SUV, but we managed okay. Everything was nice and clean when we arrived. There was a binder with plenty of ideas for things to do in Albuquerque, and some of them were already on our itinerary, so it was nice to have the seal of approval from locals!

Homey, spacious rental with everything we needed, in a great location. Taryn was great to communicate with. She made sure we were comfortable, promptly answered questions and took care of minor issues. I would definitely rent this VRBO and from her again.

Great place, perfect location for Old Town Albuquerque! We came for the Balloon Fiesta but wanted to explore Albuquerque as well. This was the perfect location for everything. The apartment was really cute, very clean, and the complex was nice. Highly recommend!

Short 4-day stay

Property was very clean and well appointed really enjoyed being so close to Old Town. All the accommodations were perfect. Check in was a breeze check out was a breeze. Very quiet property
