Super cute place! Very safe with a locked gate and a really cute courtyard. Very clean with everything needed for a great stay. We were in town for a convention and it was only 8 minutes from the convention center not to mention lots of great restaurants and shops.

Taryn has this place well setup. There were thoughtful and very helpful touches, like coffee and sweeteners and creamers already available. Arriving late our first night, that saved us the effort of having to find a grocery store immediately - if you’re like me and traveling companions must have coffee first thing before they can function, this was very helpful! Ample supply of Kleenex, dishwasher pods, paper towels, toilet tissue, and even clothes washer pods. These small items make it very easy and convenient. The place was clean and as described. It’s also right across the street from Old Town. One comment if you’re traveling with someone with mobility issues, there is one step into the apartment but otherwise, it’s easy to get in and out. The smart TV is setup with numerous streaming services, like YouTube TV and Netflix, that you can login with your own account. I would recommend this location and host and would gladly stay again if I’m in the area.

So clean the host was excellent . Over all a great place to stay. My husband and myself usually stay in hotels in Albuquerque NM but now we will stay here.

We booked this place for the Gathering of Nations "Last Dance" instead of a hotel and we were surprised how great the location was to Old Town (just across the street) with the restaurants, bars and shopping made it so much better for our trip. House has everything you need and your own washer dryer combo! Got to return home with clean clothes! Sure beats a hotel!!! Will stay again!!! Great communication with owner! Thanks!

Very clean property. Always love staying here. Taryn was a great host. She checked in with us and made our stay very enjoyable. We will return. We recommend this property. It has an excellent location and we felt very safe.

Great communication, the security gate adds a feel of safety, location was great to walk to the shops & restaurants in Old Town. It was bigger then expected and had everything we needed.

Weekend Stay in Albuquerque

The apartment is cute. Loved the little nomes throughout. The beds and pillows are comfortable. The location is perfect to explore Old Town.

It was the perfect location to Old Town, shops and restaurants. Easy on and off the freeways. The apartment was cute, the beds were comfortable and very clean. She had pinon coffee for us and touches of luxury around. We enjoyed the balloon festival, the hot air museum, gambling and especially the beautiful zoo. It was a little noisy from people hpstairs

Very cute, comfortable, and convenient to where I needed to go. Loved being walking distance from Old Town. Just one thing that was not good was the level of noise from other tenants upstairs and also slamming of gate at all hours.

Close to old town

The place was very clean. Close to shops and restaurants walking distance. The shower would be a little small for a large person for us it was not a problem.

Old Town VRBO

The communication with the Host was excellent and information was accurate and complete. We especially appreciated the instructions, directions, parking, and access information. It made the stay simple and enjoyable. We will certainly consider re-renting should we return to Albuquerque.
