Spacious 4 BDRM w/Onsite Parking & A/C!

Located on a quiet side street outside of downtown Rochester, this large and inviting period home offers a restful stay but quick access to the 490 Expressway.

Four bedrooms are located on the second floor, each with either a queen or a twin bed. The full bathroom has been recently updated. The kitchen provides all the accoutrements you need to cook, bake or order in!

Relax on the front porch with your favorite beverage or watch kids & pets in the large backyard from a comfy patio set!

Cobbs Hill Reservoir, a great place for a brisk walk or run, is just a few blocks away. Park Avenue shopping, George Eastman Museum, etc. are minutes away from this home.

Pets are welcome if approved. Check with host please. $25/night/per pet will be charged as separate request a few days prior to your arrival.
NO smoking of any kind please - penalty $200 if ozone machine required for next guest. All smoking must be done outdoors.

Pets are welcome w/ prior approval; I kindly ask that they please stay off of the furniture.

Please note my pet fee is $25/night/pet and will be requested about a week before your arrival. If you are bringing a pet or pets, please reach out and let me know the breeds and sizes. Thank you. For longer stays, I am open to a reduced pet fee.

The property was so charming, we really loved all of the historic details. We had ample space for our family and everyone slept well. I appreciated how every bedroom had a mirror in it. Convenient location, was quick to get into the city and easy to navigate. The host was responsive to questions and communication. Would recommend.

I was plesenty surprised to find fragrance free laundry products supplied. The listing claims the driveway fits one vehicle, but we were able to get a mini van and sedan in comfortably. Also found a cabinet full of spices, sugar, and coffee creamer I wasn't expecting.

We were a family of 4 and our stay was great. We had everything we needed and Cheryl was always available of a question arose. We would stay here again.

My overall stay was wonderful, house is very comfortable it’s great for a family to use for a getaway. Host is very attentive kept in touch at all times. I would definitely recommend this cozy place.

Parking was easy and secure. The location and neighborhood was central, safe and quaint. Our host Cheryl was very helpful. She got back to me immediately when I had questions or concerns. The appliances in the kitchen worked well. I was able to cook a special dinner for my family. The house was clean and we had a wonderful weekend with our family and friends.

We had a lovely time at this darling yellow house. Perfect for anyone looking for a spacious living space with multiple bedrooms. The location can't be beat. It's on a quiet, tree-lined street near many great restaurants and beautiful parks. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay in Rochester

We loved the location. Close to center city and easy to get around town. This house was remodeled very well for an older house. The woodwork was amazing. The host was very accessible. Will definitely try to use whenever we visit our son in Rochester.

Spacious home in quiet neighborhood

This home was a wonderful stay. We enjoyed the space and the charm of this home. Comfortable and clean beds, linens. The kitchen provided all of the spices and even coffee, which is a bonus for this group ! :) Great communication with the host who was responsive in a timely manner. Ample parking and easy to get to from the highway.I would definitely stay here again!

Lovely!

We loved our stay. The home was perfect for us and our small children. The spacious layout was nice for them to play and we had ample amounts of space to share many memories. The beds were comfy & the towels were soft. I’d recommend this home to anyone but especially families. The couch was amazing!! Every other rental I’ve ever stayed in always had a lousy couch, this one was awesome!

LOVED EVERYTHING

This was a girls weekend. We each had our own bedroom. This is a beautiful home. Lots of antiques, great neighborhood, clean, nice putdoor space. Lots of places you can walk to. I would definately stay here again! Great communication with the owner!

Exceeded expectations

I booked this property for some visiting friends from out of town. They highlighted the cleanliness of the house and were pleased to find it was very well appointed with everything you might need and more. The comfort of the space (sofa, beds, dining room space, etc.) and central location were also appreciated. The owner was also very attentive and checked in several times to see if anything was needed.My friends said they would "one million percent stay here again."
