Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located, peaceful residential neighborhood where you can stroll down a trail just across the street and in summertime splash in the above-ground pool while cooking dinner on grill. Fire pit at night with your favorite beverage. Spacious ranch with open floor plan. One master bedroom w/bathroom and 3 other bedrooms, hallway full bathroom, living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen and an office or work space for those guests working away from office.Laundry in basement.

The kitchen was well stocked. The house has enough room for anyone to find some privacy. The beds were comfortable and the place is well stocked with blankets and towels

Great location, everything as advertised, super clean, host was very helpful and friendly. Great property for our group of 6 adults. Loved the backyard outdoor space - green and welcoming and shaded/shielded by trees.

We stayed here while in town for our daughter’s wedding. Very spacious, comfortable, well stocked kitchen. Right off the highway and in close proximity to many stores and restaurants. The deck has railings that lock which helped to contain our dog. There were even some baby items available which came in handy when my sister and nephews visited us one of the days.

Wonderful Home away from Home

Fantastic stay. It was the perfect home away from home during the American Cup hockey tournament. Exactly as pictured and the host is amazing.

We had a lovely stay - the owner was very easy to communicate with, helpful in resolving the minor questions we had, and flexible as well. An overall great stay!

Bowling tournament

We had 8 girlfriends stay here! It was the best time we've have staying somewhere in the 20 plus years of going to Rochester! I highly recommend this place! The owners were amazing and on spot with everything!

This property was very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet. We enjoyed sitting on the deck listening to the birds and swimmingin the pool. The house had all the essential items and more. I will stay here again.

This house was very convenient to much of Rochester--RIT, downtown, etc. our family was very comfortable and enjoyed the stay.

Spectacular stay! This was our best stay yet bringing my daughter back to college! The house is magnificent, exactly as pictured!!! so much attention to detail, everything you could possibly need at a home away from home, great communication with Host, perfect location, Plenty of space to gather, and also to have your own privacy… pool and fire pit were such nice additional features!!!All good things here !!! Will definitely rent again!!! Thanks for a wonderful weekend!!!

We had an excellent stay here. The home was beautiful inside and out. The pool area was awesome with lots of seating. The house was decorated very nicely. Everything was clean and the host was extremely easy to communicate with. The location was also great, easy to find and a very walkable neghborhood. I will look here first next time I’m in Rochester. Beatriz was awesome to work with!

Beautiful Home & Property

We stayed in for a guys golf weekend and everything was as advertised. Beautiful and clean home with a great backyard to enjoy after our rounds of golf. The host was great and the communication and check in process was very smooth. Would highly recommend.

Excellent stay

We loved this property & highly recommend. The house was clean, modern, comfortable, and lovely decorations. The host was extremely responsive and proactive in her communications with us. The home was well stocked with amenities (like spices, shampoo/conditioner, etc.). We'd happily stay at this property again in the future!

Great House! Great location!

Absolutely loved this home away from home! Very clean, comfortable and well maintained! Pool was wonderful for the kids and adults loved the sitting area close to the pool! The beds are very comfortable! Would highly recommend this vacation home for families! Was close to everything. Hostess is amazing and kept close contact with us for every need we had.

I grew up in the north of Mexico in a little town (a pueblo) where the weather was the opposite of Rochester!!!! It is hot and sunny most of the time!!! Well, fate would have it that I would end up marrying my husband, a Rochesterian, and I have lived here for 35 years ever since. I love Rochester, except for the long winter, but I absolutely enjoy the summer time. I have deep roots here including my children, who were all born here in this lovely city. I enjoy outdoor activities, love reading and traveling, and my love of people has made hosting come naturally. I take alot of pride in all the work I do to make my guests' stay as comfortable as possible. It brings me great pleasure to do what I do, and I will continue to honor the title of Superhost!!

Everything is nearby: two large chain grocery stores, restaurants, gas stations, shopping plazas urgent care and hospitals, pharmacies, colleges, and highways. Quiet and safe residential neighborhood and near my primary residence to be available whenever my guests need assistance .
