Lynn, thanks so much for the review. We are happy to offer our guests an off street parking space. Although a tighter space many rentals downtown have zero parking. We inspected the bathroom and did not an issue. The unit is deep cleaned before all stays :) We hope to host you again sometime soon!

The space is very nice and cozy. It was perfect for a long weekend. The bed is very comfortable and kitchenette was perfect! The location was great and walking distance to many restaurants and shops. There are 2 coffee shops within 2 blocks. It's about a 20 minute walk to the French Quarter and 25 to the waterfront front. I would stay again!

The location was excellent. Local eateries within walking distance and very convenient to shopping on King St. Parking is tight, but we were lucky to not have any other renters fighting for the narrow spots.

Location was great – close to restaurants and King Street although this is on the north end of King Street . I didn’t notice, but a previous reviewer had mentioned mildew in the bathroom and that has not been corrected. The grouting in the bathroom also looks dirty. You cannot open the shower door without hitting the toilet unless you open both the toilet lid in the toilet seat and keep them open. It would’ve been nice to know that as it took us a while to figure that out. Also, the listing says that this is the back half of a larger house, but it was not clear to me that the front and larger part of the house was another Vrbo and this time it was rented to a very, very loud bachelorette party that kept us awake each night. The unit also has just a musty smell. It was decorated well, and the kitchen was nice and the location was great.

Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the location, decor, and kitchen, but we’re sorry the bathroom condition, musty smell, and noise from the neighboring unit affected your stay. Cleanliness and comfort are important to us, and we’ll follow up with our team regarding the bathroom concerns. We also appreciate your feedback about the shower layout and noise between the units, as it helps us improve the information we provide to future guests.
