Perfect location for a walkable city. The host was very quick to answer with any questions and was very accommodating to anything you need. The building and room were very clean. I would recommend this spot to anyone.

Really enjoyed the property! It was exactly as described and very secure and clean. Also loved the rooftop area. Great location right off King Street and easy short car share rides for other areas of Charleston. Host was quickly responsive to questions. Will book again next time traveling to the area!

Great location and building

Wonderful location, basically new and communication with owner/manager flawless. Enjoyed our visit.

Great Location - one entrance/exit on Cannon and one on King made it extremely convenient to get around downtown and surrounding areas! Very Clean - even the inside of the fridge/freezer, cabinets, drawers, dishes, etc. looked new! (The only thing that could use a refresh were the area rugs.)Great Host - great communication before and during!Parking - parking passes provided a huge savings and the parking garage was clean and safe! (The parking garage was an easy walk - about 1.5 blocks away.)

Great downtown location

My friend and I were in town for a conference at the Gaillard Center. The weather was nice and we were able to walk to our event both days. We also walked to restaurants and shopping around us on King and Meeting Streets. The parking garage was close by and vouchers provided by our cost covered the cost. The home was clean and comfortable.

Excellent location with lots of great food and drink options. Chez Nous and Malagon were two of our favorites and they are both within 2 blocks. King Street shopping if that’s your thing. Firehouse vibe is cool. Overall a wonderful property in a very cool city.
