Location, location, location right on King St. felt pretty close in the middle of everything the area has to offer. This is the third time on King St. The first 2 times I stayed at a hotel, but from here on out this will the first place I check. Saved money over the hotel and had SO much more room to move. Highly recommended!!! Easy communication, nice linens 5 stars all the way.

Great location for a weekend getaway. We had a few minor issues upon arrival and they were resolved quickly. Communication was very good. The property was really clean and had very comfortable beds. The Living room furniture wasn't as comfortable and had visible stains on the sofa. The chairs at the table were cute and trendy but didn't feel sturdy. 1 chair was broken but the mgmt team quickly resolved the problem. Overall, we really enjoyed the property, and it worked well for our group.

Great location

This was perfect place to stay for my family getaway. Great location, convenient parking. I would absolutely stay here again.

We loved our stay at the Folly Suite on King Street. Does the property have a great view, no, but the property has what everyone needs when visiting Charleston...two exceptional clean bedrooms and bathrooms! The location is A1. This property is in the heart of Charleston and is surrounded by top notch restaurants. The communication by the agency supporting this property was fantastic.

Excellent Charleston Weekend Get-away!

Check-in was good as we did arrive early. Very clean and comfortable place. Accessible to everything you would need for a great stay! Definitely would stay there again!

Fantastic location and property. Visiting our daughter at College of Charleston and we’re very happy with this stay. Place was just as advertised - clean, quiet, and located in the heart of King Street. We dined close by and lived the parking so close by for the weekend. Linen and towels all clean and soft. Would stay again!!

This is our second time staying at this location. We love it. Great spot on King Street - accessible to everything! Very clean and the Stay Duvet crew is very responsive. It is also a great efficiency if you dont want o eat all meals out! We will definitely book again!

Great location, odd layout

Can’t beat the location, pleasant, clean and maintained, but there was only one small window in the whole apartment.

NEVER BOOK ‘STAY DUVET’ Gross-Dirty-Toilet Not Working-Super Strong Sick Air Deodorant Rude Customer Service, Not Stocked With Any Laundry Detergents like Booking says…. Do not book a Stay Duvet property. Will NEVER book them again.

If you want to see VrBO down right, stay here. Great location, great value, easy to access, superb customer service, ultra clean apartment and even left coffee for in the morning. I could not ask for more. This is a great location and will definitely stay here when in Charleston again. Thanks Stay Duvet!

Charleston

Great location. Easy walk to many sites, restaurants, etc. Communication with manager was timely and easy. HVAC units were a bit fussy and no windows/natural light in bedrooms were the only negatives.

Great location!

Convenient location. Close to shops and food but loud and had a terrible chemical cleaner smell that couldnt be airedout. The AC unit in front bedroom woke us up 4x making a very loud noise throughout the night we atayed.

Location was fantastic. Communication was great. Only negatives were both beds were soft and older. There were no box springs and the slightest movement was loud and shifted the entire mattress. They do warn you that the A/C units turn on sporadically to regulate the humidity. Be warned that they are not quiet when they turn on and they will come on multiple times in the middle of the night. We never woke up to the sounds from King street, but we did wake up suddenly to the loud sounds coming from the units in the wall.

If I could give this property a negative rating, I would. This was, without question, the worst vacation rental we have ever stayed in.The unit was dark, poorly maintained, and felt more like a jail cell than a vacation home. We encountered cockroaches, the furniture was extremely dated, and there was a strong chemical odor throughout the property, along with signs of possible mold that raised serious health concerns for our family.To make matters worse, the owner arrived at the property uninvited and behaved in a manner that was rude, confrontational, and completely inappropriate.This experience put a significant damper on our family vacation. Save yourself the disappointment and pass on this listing. We travel frequently and have never left a negative review, but this property and the owner’s conduct fell far below any reasonable expectation. I cannot recommend it.
