I cannot recommend this property enough! It was perfection at every level. It felt both luxurious and comfortable. I would stay again in a heartbeat.
Even without snow at first, it was lovely.
The view outside the front door after the snow came.

The property was just as expected with plenty of space for our group of 8. Everything worked well from the fireplaces to the hot tub with no issues. The location was top notch with easy access to both the mountain as well as town. We will definitely be returning.

Very stately home. The main room with kitchen, main dining table and TV room was grand!! Location near the Gondola to top of the mountain was very convenient. Master bedroom bath was impressive. All 4 bedrooms had nice bathrooms. Hot tub was clean and ready to go. Would stay here again!!!

This home was incredible! It was absolutely beautiful and extremely comfortable. Our group consisted of 4 married couples and each couple had their own en-suite bedroom with a king sized bed. It was the perfect layout for a group of our size! The kitchen was large and very functional. The dining table seated all 8 of us comfortably and was a place for us to eat and to play games for hours! The hot tub on the back patio was awesome and even had an outdoor fireplace! The home has a third level with a comfortable rec room that houses a ping-pong table and a bathroom--we had so much fun playing ping-pong and just talking in that room! This home's location is amazing. Just a 5 minute drive to Main Street Breckenridge and there are walking/hiking trails right outside the back door! The management company provided great communication before, during and after our stay. They were very helpful and even gave us a 100 gift card to a restaurant in town when a minor mixup pushed our check-in time to one hour later. This home had everything we needed to make our stay absolutely perfect! Thank you for a beautiful mountain retreat! We will definitely be back!

Homey and luxurious

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. We were impressed by the beauty of the home and all its wonderful amenities. We also loved the private view and close access to the walking trails. We look forward to staying here again!

Wonderful House, Great Location

We had a fabulous time with family and friends The house had everything we needed and was perfectly located for easy access to the gondola.We will definitely be back.

This Place has it all Location Location Location

We had family of 8 stayed for Christmas week 2023 This house is large enough that everyone has room and you do not feel crowded Master bed room is perfect with fireplace and large bathroom plenty of room for everyone we have elderly grandparents and they could ride the Gondola to town and avoid the traffic will be back thank you

Great location

We had a great time! The property is really nice and well appointed. Quiet neighborhood. House fit our family well. Love that every bedroom has a King bed and en suite bath. Very close to Main Street. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Awesome stay!

This house was absolutely beautiful and a super easy walk to the gondola connect. We wrote it to Peak seven where we went to the spa and then back down again. there was nothing I would change about the stay beautiful house, beautiful location, and wish we could’ve stayed longer! We will definitely be back!

Great location, great house set up

We were fifty yards from the Gondola to Peaks 7 and 8. The layout of the house was spacious and great for multiple couples with 4 bedrooms all with bath and king beds. I look forward to going back

Great Stay In Shock Hill

We had an absolute great time staying at Chateau Shock Hill. There were a few issues with the home but the management company was quick to get things right. We were two families with a total of 11 people and we had plenty of space. The location could not have been better for access to the mountain and town.

Great location and stat

The location is perfectly located to hop on the gondola, or walk out the back door and start a hike. Rooms were spacious and very comfortable. Only recommendation would be to add a bunch of drinking glasses. There were only a couple and we could have used more. Awesome stay!

Great Stay and Convenient To Gondola

Our stay was great and the house exceptional. I will say that I was disappointed to see that a few items that were issues in a prior review were still not fixed(specifically the steam shower is broken and the outdoor fireplace does not work). Overall the house is cozy and clean, the the kitchen is well stocked and the convenience of ski in and out was really nice.

Thank you for leaving us a review. We actually took a few steps already to ensure we adequately address these important concerns. We dispatched a professional contractor who was able to repair the outdoor firepit, and it is confirmed to be fully functional now. In regards to the steam shower, this was removed from the amenities list for the time being while we look into it. We will re-add it to the amenities list once we have confirmation that it's good to go. Thank you for staying with us, and for leaving feedback for us to improve on the guest experience. Breckenridge Feb Ski Vacation

Property is an easy walk to the gondola to peak 7 and then peak 8. Not a far of a "schlep" for kids between the ages of 7 and 10. The house had all amenities needed to cook dinner for 7. The Nordic track behind the house served as a sledding hill for the kids. I would recommend the Shock Hill neighborhood for those wanting to rent a house instead of paying the same price for a slopeside hotel room.

Great Ski House

*Great house for our group of 10 adults *Loved the open floor plan and master suite on first floor *Fantastic kitchen but needs a few items. We purchased a large pot to add to the cookware and borrowed a crock pot from a friend nearby. *Awesome location *Super convenient *Outdoor amenities were a plus *Loved heated floors throughout Smart TV’s, surround sound, smart lighting, and heated floors—all great amenities but to take full advantage of these features, could benefit from some “how to use” instructions. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent this property again!

Dream Ski Location for Family of All Ages

We stayed here over Christmas with my parents (70+), my spouse & myself (30’s-40’s), our 3 older kids (21, 18, 15) & our 1.5 yr old baby. The location is PERFECTION— those going downhill skiing hopped on the gondola just steps from our house to go UP the mountain, while the grandparents & baby hopped on the Gondola to go DOWN the mountain straight to main street Breckenridge. Those going Nordic skiing simply walked out the back patio! For a group of people who aren’t all downhill skiers, this is more ideal than being slopeside & ski in/ski out… it offered the best of all worlds. The rooms & kitchen were well stocked, the hot tub was amazing, there was a super impressive collection of board games in the home we took advantage of, and the shared spaces were cozy. Lastly, the property management was professional and extremely responsive— we were so grateful for their communication throughout the process. For a comfortable and convenient, high quality, low maintenance ski vacation— we highly recommend!!

Not only was the location of this wonderful home beautiful, it was also convenient. A Breckenridge gondola stop is less than one block away, which made our trips to the top of the mountain and down into town delightfully easy. The home was spacious and clean, with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms -- perfect for our summer family gathering of eight persons. We highly recommend this home, and hope to definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Location and beautiful home

Great stay but some attention is needed to amenities (missing remotes for TV, cooking utensils limited and chipped dinnerware and coffee cups. Other than that would definitely go again..
