Beautiful home and location. Loved that the beach was right there and we enjoyed watching the sun rise and set everyday. The home is beautiful, the beds comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed for the perfect OR Coast stay. We also appreciated the location, close to shops and restaurants in Manzanita, and also in a quiet neighborhood.

This home was very comfortable. Our group was 4 adults and one infant. Each couple had their own King size bed and own full bathroom. If traveling with an infant, bring your own infant needs, we used a pack and play for his sleeping needs, which we set up in the bunk room.The kitchen is well stocked with just about anything you will need to prepare your meals. The family room with large "L" shaped couch served us well in the evening.We especially enjoyed the the large deck, yard, Fire Pit and private direct access to the beach. Morning walks and evening sunset were excellent. We are already planning our next stay, next year!

We had an amazing stay! The house is exactly as advertised—awesome! and Manzanita was the perfect little beach town. We had such an awesome time on our first visit to the Oregon coast and could not have picked a better place to finish it! Hope to be back!

Kim's property is beautiful inside and out with many thoughtful touches. The beach access is easy and we usually had it all to ourselves. It was a great place to spend time with family.

We just loved our stay at this house. Every detail was thought of, beautiful view of the ocean, very private and spacious and every morning waking up to the ocean...you can not beat it! Highly, highly recommend! 5 star all the way.

We loved our stay. The location was perfect, the beds were super comfy, and the house super cute, cozy and had everything we needed. Well connected and accommodating host. We will definitely be back!

This is such a beautiful property! We had direct beach access just steps from the deck. We sat on the deck and watched the whales spout and breach the water. The home was clean and comfortable. It is pet friendly so I was concerned that it would smell a little and was very relieved that it didn’t. We spent a week there and would definitely do it again.

Loved this property! The beach, mountains, fire pit, and privacy of the yard was just perfect! The house was beautiful and very comfortable! Staying here was a 10 out of 10!

Private, quiet, very well equipped Kitchen, views that are stunning! The beds are very comfortable. The home is a wonderful quiet place to soak up the sun And ocean. A few steps out the back door and you are on the beach!! Lovely sand beach… Very clean.The town is adorable and has everything we needed. Come here to heal and reset.Thank you to Kim for a great stay!!

Lovely clean house with high quality amenities and kitchen stuff and very comfy beds. Spectacular views and beach access. Our dog loved the huge grassy yard. Would definitely stay there again. We very much appreciated the host who promptly brought over a replacement microwave when the main one malfunctioned.

Spring Getaway

Really enjoyed our stay at The Cottage. Location was perfect and views out the windows were fantastic. The Cottage was very comfortable and provided a relaxing experience. Would love to come back in the summer to take advantage of the outdoor deck, lawn and firepit area.

Fantastic stay in Manzanita - house was great!!

Nice, clean, well stocked and best of all right on the beach! Our family loved the layout with master on separate side of house from other bedrooms. Mattresses very comfy, nicely updated furniture. We will be back!!

Quiet home on the Beach

Our family of eight had a perfect time at this wonderful property. The neighborhood was quiet and the home was clean, fully equipped and there was enough space for everyone. We had been planning & looking forward to this family vacation for several months & it exceeded our expectations. We were at the beach everyday & enjoyed the town of Manzanita which was walking distance. A great find that we will rent again!

Lovely cottage with great ocean view

Comfortable beds, great fireplace. Good lamps for reading. Bring your slippers —the tile can be a little cold in the morning. It snowed during our stay but we were cozy inside. Will be back.

Great beach getaway

We enjoyed the cottage, the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen dining area was adequate for the 4 of us, we had a puzzle on one end of the kitchen table and dined on the other end. The family room was great, we could see the ocean from the couch which was really comfy to sit on too. Beach access is questionable, we just walked down the road a bit to gain access that we did not have to traverse over rocks to get down on the beach.

Best Little Beach House

We LOVED staying at the cottage! It's so beautifully decorated and comfortable. The furthest thing from a generic rental. The location right on the beach was incredible! Loved having a fire in the firepit right on the dunes. My kids loved the bunk bed room. The beds were all so comfortable. The washer and dryer were brand new and super quick and efficient. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Cozy haven during a rainy weekend

An atmospheric river didn't stop our group of 6 adults, 2 toddlers, and 2 dogs from enjoying our stay at this tasteful cottage located on the north end of our favorite Oregon beach. We gathered around the fireplace in the cozy living room, watched the dramatic crashing waves just beyond the dunes from the large windows, and quickly pulled on our boots when the rain let up for walks on the beach. This is a special house rain or shine.
