This house was perfect for our large group. The rope swing, canoes, floating deck, and fire pit were the perfect amenities for our family! The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to prepare and serve our own meals! (That’s not always the case). We plan to come back soon!

Great location. 30 second walk to the water. Having a bbq grill and fire pit next to the water was great for the family. Kayaks were great addition and worked perfectly. Home was well kept and plenty of room for family of four. Would definitely return for a stay this summer.

We stayed at Day's Away so we could attend a weekend event at a nearby camp. It was the perfect place for us, giving us a beautiful view of the river from the beautiful house and porch. The kitchen was well-appointed, and the bedrooms matched our needs perfectly.

Day's Away was a wonderful location for our family vacation. We enjoyed the outdoor settings during the day and slept comfortably at night. Our kids have already asked us multiple times if we can go back. This will be on our shortlist for future vacations.
