Gorgeous country home overlooking the hill country. Enjoy coffee on the screened back porch while watching the native wildlife stroll by. Fully equipped kitchen with gas stove and dishwasher. Lovely gas fireplace to warm up on cold days.

This is a new listing for us, however we have another VRBO that is a small cabin in the same area. Feel free to see the reviews (4.9 rating).

A really nice peaceful place to get away from the hustle and bustle. Very spacious, clean and country living vibe. Has the all the essentials for cooking. Loved the beds, slept like a rock.

We absolutely loved our stay in Fredericksburg! The house was beautifully stocked with everything we could possibly need, which made our trip so comfortable and relaxing. The landscape was gorgeous and peaceful, and one of our favorite parts was getting to feed deer right out of our hands — such a special experience! The property was clean, welcoming, and truly felt like a getaway. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

We had the absolute best time visiting the area. The property was exactly as presented, no problems checking in, and never needed to speak to the owner. The furniture was comfortable, beds were comfortable, the screened in porch was my favorite place to be. We saw several deer everyday, saw one jackrabbit, there were goats on the next property and we saw one axis deer. Hope to be able to stay here again in the future.

We felt the house was very pet friendly. It was secluded and away from the noise and traffic in town which is what we were looking for. The back porch was a great place to relax which we did.

We truly enjoyed our weekend getaway, plenty of wildlife to be seen and a cozy place to rest between activities. Nice property with plenty of space to enjoy privacy and even brought some outdoor games to enjoy.

Our group comes to the Hill Country every spring (18th yr this trip). This place checked all the boxes of what we were looking for a weekend trip. The house was as described and better than the pictures. depict. The mesh enclosed back patio was the icing on the cake! The location between Comfort & Fredricksburg was ideal, close enough for supply run, and far enough away as to be very quiet and peaceful. We would seriously consider this spot for a return trip.

Our time in the cabin was relaxing. Communication with the host was easy and she responded quickly to any questions we had. The home was as described with plenty of linens. The deer in the backyard were fun to watch in both the mornings and evenings.
