Welcome to our charming 2-bedroom vacation home in the heart of Blowing Rock! Nestled just a 5-minute drive from the iconic Blowing Rock, this cozy retreat offers the perfect escape for families and adventurous travelers alike.

Connect with loved ones via the free WiFi, and enjoy the convenience of a washer and dryer. Indulge in movie nights on the smart TV with satellite/cable channels or DVDs, or dive into a good book from the extensive library.

The fully stocked kitchen, complete with a stove, oven, refrigerator, and more, allows you to savor home-cooked meals. Step outside for an alfresco dining experience, gather around the fire pit for s'mores and stargazing, and grill on a charcoal grill, which is kept in the basement and can be used upon request.

With two bathrooms and two bedrooms, one on each level, step-free entrance, (one bedroom and one bathroom are located downstairs) and essential amenities, you'll have everything you need for a comfortable and rejuvenating stay. What a delightful home! I booked The Blowing Rock Bungalow for a Mother/Daughter weekend and it was absolutely perfect. The house was charming - lots of outdoor space to enjoy, very clean and comfortable, and just a short drive to downtown Blowing Rock. Host was super helpful and very responsive. Looking forward to staying here again soon!

Great house, great location.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The house was super clean, beds were great, as was everything else as described in the listing. Very convenient to Blowing Rock, Boone, and Blue Ridge Parkway. A great place as a base to explore the area, I would stay there again if visiting NC.

Great house beautiful view

This is a great house and perfect location and easy to get to downtown blowing rock. The yard and view is beautiful. We really enjoyed it!

A most peaceful location

This is such a lovely cottage, beautiful landscape, comfortable inside, so quiet you can always hear the birds. Very tastefully decorated, great location. Great retreat!

Ideal get away

Our family of four had a great stay in the very clean and attractive cottage....great views too! The owner was also very helpful when our car battery needed a jump!

Great place

This was a great little house up in the mountains and my family had a great time staying there. Communication with the owner Nancy was awesome. Would highly recommend.

Great cottage for family getaway!

My family and I found this cottage online for a last minute weekend trip to the mountains and glad we did! Great location, very nice owners, and close to everything. We will definitely be coming back in the future.

Ideal holiday destination for exploring Blue Ridge Parkway

Great accommodation for the three of us. Well equipped kitchen, nice bathrooms & comfy bedrooms. Ideally placed for exploring Blowing Rock, Moses H Cone, Grandfather Mtn and so much more. We also enjoyed daily visits to Camp Coffee. Wished we were able to have stayed longer here as Ada's Cottage was just so relaxing.

Total Delight!

Very Nice Getaway

We had a very pleasant stay at this cute bungalow near Blowing Rock and Boone. It was clean and well-stocked and very convenient to the areas we would be spending time in over the weekend. Our communication with the owner was efficient and timely. We enjoyed our time here very much!

Awesome Mountain Getaway

Great property inside & out, very cute and comfortable. Beautiful views from house and breathtaking long range views from surrounding areas. Close to many excellent restaurants, trails, snow resorts and other attractions. Can't wait to return when the flowers are blooming!

Very convenient to all that Blowing Rock has to offer

This house has everything needed for a wonderful stay. Very clean. We loved relaxing around the fire pit and on decks. Our dog loved the big backyard

Lovely property, great for two couples!

Great get away cottage. Works especially well for two couples. Wonderful deck to catch the morning breeze. Clean, with a well appointed kitchen. We would definitely book this cottage again.

Unique House in Quiet Neighborhood

Property was as advertised in the listing. Property owner was very responsive to any needs. The house was well stocked - from snacks to personal items to kitchen supplies. All instructions for using the amenities were well posted and easy to understand and follow. Would certainly stay there agian.

I am a retired NC special educator with 4 grown children, ages 35-41, My husband and I live in the Charlotte area, so we are close enough to keep the property in the best condition possible. I love my octangular shaped home with the large floor to ceiling windows that look out onto a large, grassy back yard and I love to share it with others too! Nancy

I enjoy bringing joy to others by providing a home in which you can create memories and develop relationships in a setting that is conducive to outdoor activities; from sledding and skiing in the winter to hiking and just relaxing in the Adirondack chairs around the gas firepit or hammock during the other seasons. My home is situated on a half acre consisting of seasonally flowering plants and trees and a large grassy back yard. Inside you will find cozy and comfortable bedding and unique Bearfoot Bears throughout the home. Ceiling to floor bookshelves in the front room are filled with books for all ages. There's a hammock for the back deck and sleds for the gently sloping driveway on the side of the property located in the lower level. Games and puzzles are in the coffee table and TV stand. Spectrum streaming on the TVs provide national and local news as well as movies and series to watch.
