The space
This home has been completely remodeled from end to end. Everything is new. Wood plank tile, white shaker cabinets, and granite counters are just a few of the upgrades you will find here. Both bathrooms have been updated with tiled showers and new fixtures. Multiple Tv\'s throughout home with premium cable and smart technology. Ping Pong table and Corn Hole for entertainment.
Guests have the entire home to themselves . There is no shared spaces.
House rules and Things to Know
NOT A PARTY HOUSE!! No loud parties or disruptive behavior will be tolerated at all. Your welcome to have fun but please remember that the people around you are not on vacation and must be respected at all times.
Quiet hours are nightly at 10 PM and strictly enforced. No loud outdoor activity is allowed past this time.
No smoking. Any signs of smoking will result in a $500 fine.
Booking party must be at least 25 years of age.
Pool heating can be requested for $75 per day or $350 per week from the months of October to April. 72 hour advance notice for heating of pool.
Ring camera on the front of the home for guest safety and security of the property. No cameras in home or anywhere in backyard

IMPORTANT: This property fully complies with the city of Scottsdale rules, regulations, and ordinances regarding short-term vacation rentals. Pursuant to Arizona state law §33-1806.01 / §33-1260.01

Backyard is a great place to relax and enjoy the Arizona Weather. Covered patio, Sectional Couch, and fire pit as well as yard games and ping pong table for entertainment.
