3527 Villamare has an upbeat, fun style with ocean views!

This 2-bedroom, 2-bath villa has great proximity to the beach. The bright kitchen opens to the dining and living areas, furnished in an upbeat, fun style. Marble and tile throughout the villa keep everything cool and crisp. Out on the patio, the ocean view is stunning. Both bedrooms and bathrooms are comfortable and spacious.

Throughout Villamare there are 2 community pools, 2 hot tubs, fitness center, as well as a picnic area, grills and fire pit! All this, and just a few sandy steps from the beach!


**Phase 2 of the Paver Project**
We anticipate beginning Phase II of our paver replacement project in November or December, with overall completion targeted for early January.

Work will focus on the sidewalk area extending from Building 2 to the Health Club. This section will be temporarily closed during construction, and alternate pedestrian routes will be available during the project.

We have stayed at several Villamare properties over the years beginning in 2003, and we absolutely loved this property. It was very clean and decorated in such “coastal cuteness”! I have bookmarked this villa and hope to be back!

Awesome property. Adults only pool/ spa in addition to general use pool/spa. Very clean and updated room. Perfect spot to chill

This unit is beautiful and very clean. We have been coming to Villamare for about 10 years and have always enjoyed our time there. The grounds are well kept and the new pools are very nice, We would recommend this unit.

Memorial Day Week

Property was very clean, location was fantastic and the management company did a great job of keeping us up to date on any requests or issues. Would definitely rent this unit again.

The suite was nice and clean, very quiet and relaxing. The beds are not comfortable, the TVs are dated, and the wifi is terrible—never got the Roku to work in the Master Bedroom—it buffered the whole time. (Roku only in the bedroom so we could not watch movies as a family.) It was impossible to check in for work. The “oceanview” is non-existent. The trees and foliage take over any type of ocean peek that was present. Overall, it is a nice resort. The beach was not overly crowded, the check in and out process was very smooth and efficient. The unit had everything we needed—we only needed to purchase salt & pepper. All kitchen ware was available for us.

Love Palmetto Dunes!!

The property location is ideal...close to all the wonderful things we come to HH for!! The property was immaculate and truly all the amenities of home. Communication with the management team was awesome, from booking (when I got the dates wrong) to needing to get in early, we had someone in a wheelchair. They worked with us and it was amazing. I cannot say thank you enough for that! I loved the decor. It was bright and energizing. The only downside was the shower in the second bathroom. We are all older and having to step over a tub for the shower was not ideal. The bathroom itself however was large and well appointed.

What a Wonderful week in this lovely. condo.

This condo unit was beyond our expectations. The View was beautiful. Surrounding areas were like a tropical paradise. Pool was a big plus when beach was too hot. Rent a bike you can ride on the beach and through the Lovely community. They really take care of this condo and villlamare we were very pleased we will be back

Wonderful Week in Hilton Head

When we opened the door saw a great place with all the amenities and an amazing view of the ocean to relax to each day! The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were super comfortable! We were able to unpack and enjoy fun times with old friends. The beach access and the bike rentals were all there waiting for us. Excellent customer experience.

Vacation 2020

We loved the location in Palmetto Dunes! The condo is on the 5th floo, r with beautiful views of the tree tops and ocean! Very pretty, bright and comfortable accommodations!! Short walk to the beach! Loved biking all the trails and taking in all the beautiful scenery! Would absolutely stay here again!!
