3428 Villamare - Beautiful views from this lovely villa!

This 4th floor 2-bedroom, 2-bath villa has lovely ocean views. Relax while enjoying the ocean views from one of the two private balconies. The views, on-site amenities, and location make this villa perfect for a family getaway.

Villamare is located on one of the most beautiful stretches of the Atlantic Ocean and it's convenient to all the amenities Hilton Head offers. In addition to its fabulous location, Villamare also offers an on-site fitness center, an indoor heated pool, as well as two gorgeous oceanfront pools. You can't go wrong with Villamare!


**Phase 2 of the Paver Project**
We anticipate beginning Phase II of our paver replacement project in November or December, with overall completion targeted for early January.

Work will focus on the sidewalk area extending from Building 2 to the Health Club. This section will be temporarily closed during construction, and alternate pedestrian routes will be available during the project.

We love Villamare. The pools and grounds are truly beautiful and well maintained. Our unit could use a few upgrades (ceiling fans, better pillows and mattresses in the double queen room) but overall a wonderful stay! Thank you!

We had a wonderful time staying at the condo. Very close access to the beach and pool. It was nice having an indoor pool when the weather was a bit cool. Thank you for the use of the beach towels. The condo was a bit dated. Couches and chair could be upgraded. Also a cookie sheet or two would be great. Difficult to make something in the oven without a cookie sheet. We had a wonderful time! Thanks again for a great week!

Property was clean, and convenient to all activites on HHI. Chair seats on dining room chairs look comfortable, but sag badly when someone sits down.

Well stocked condo in Palmetto Dunes: excellent

The condo was very clean and well stocked with kitchen items and all the extras from the vacation company. We really enjoyed having so many towels and linens and well as several (13) beach towels for our use. Loved the outside edge of the property for quiet. Nice porch and fun ocean site and garden views.

Happy Home

This was our happy home for a week. Perfect set up for two couples. Short walk to the beach. Convenient to everything. Very clean and equipped nicely. One suggestion- queen mattresses need replacing. King mattress very comfy.

Another beautiful Hilton Head stay!

Our group of adults and kiddos had a wonderful time at this Villamare condo! It was our second time to stay at this condo complex and in Palmetto Dunes, and we plan to stay here each trip to Hilton Head! The condo layout is fantastic and access to the beach is so easy and close- just walk past the pool. We like Palmetto Dunes because it is further away from busier areas on the island and it's a beautiful area. The condo had a great, well-equipped kitchen and we had everything we needed.

Our first visit to HHI. This Villemar property was a great location. Right on the beach with a lovely pool area. The pull out couch was not clean when we went to use it so we made do without it and the bed next to the window in the room with 2 queens is a 5-6/10 for comfort.

Great location

Villamare is a lovely property. The unit is nice. It is conveniently located close to the elevator. I would recommend that the queen mattress on the bed near the patio doors in the second bedroom be replaced. It sinks in the middle.

Villamare 3428

The condo was fantastic. Great location to restaurants and stores. Good view of the water from the balconies. Only a couple of minor issues. The condo above us did not have felt on the furniture and they were moving chairs all hours of the day and night. It vibrated very loudly into our room. The second was the cable box in the living room did not work. Besides the the stay was great.
