Great location, beautiful house, plenty of space & nice amenities for our girls’ trip to the Charleston Open. Parking was a plus as was the walkability to great restaurants in the area.

Our stay here was wonderful! The house looked newly renovated and the four bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect! It is in a great location with a little breakfast/lunch cafe right across the street. There is a great outdoor space out back that we would have used more if the weather had been warmer. We will definitely be back again.

Property was as pictured - beautifully done and in a great neighborhood, walkable location. My reason for not providing 5 stars across the board was while communication started strong (check in instructions, assistance with providing an extra parking spot) the washing machine was not in order (there was a sign on it) but we were NOT given a heads up in advance. Some of our group planned to do laundry and packed accordingly and when I texted about that (plus to see if there was a broom we could use bc we couldnt find one) I received no response. For that and the fact that the listing indicated a washer/dryer and we werent given a heads up, I can't give 5 stars across the board.

Great neighborhood. Walkable to most things

Our family of 8 adults stayed for 3 nights. It was perfect with 4 king beds each with attached bathrooms. Very comfortable

Great spot

We have a reunion of siblings and spouses yearly in different locations. This property provided a great launch pad for an awesome few days in Charleston. Very convenient to shopping, restaurants and activities, very welcoming spot.

Perfect location with room to spread out

Perfect location only a few blocks from King Street. Place was very clean and made our trip very comfortable. Property management was very responsive when we had questions and we would highly recommend this place!

Fabulous place with excellent response times by the property manager

The place was fabulous and the property manager was very responsive to any questions we had including a last minute request for ideas on walking tours!

Great Stay

This property was amazing. Very clean. Bedrooms and bathrooms were great. Location close to King St was ideal. Overall it was a great stay!

Girls Trip

Great place to stay with a group of girls for our girls trip. Walkable to most things, clean property with plenty of space, and great communication with the property managers.

Great Location

Loved the neighborhood and the house layout. Had some issues with the icemaker but the maintenance people sent out a repair guy who brought us ice even though the icemaker was not fixed. Enjoyed the front and back porch areas a lot!

Perfect location for us !

The 4 king beds were Ideal ! No one in our group had to choose a smaller bed! We loved the bedding and the shower water pressure was awesome. Location was excellent as we had wonderful dinner options a few blocks away and also the free bus to the historical area was just 4 blocks away.

Great location!

Great for multiple parties! Spacious and perfect location. Check in and parking super easy. Short walk to restaurants and shopping. Of note, this is a lower unit. The unit above us was occupied and bit noisy. If you are sensitive to noise, recommend an alternate location.

4 moms girls trip

The home was adorable and it was so nice to each have ur own bedroom and bathroom. Beds were very comfortable too. The best part was being able to have coffee on the porch. Thanks to Brian for being so accommodating.

Pleasure to work with!

The customer service and communication were excellent! We enjoyed our stay very much. Grateful for the parking but pay close attention to the directions on how to access it because it’s tricky to find :)

Wedding Weekend

Great location, comfortable house, outdoor spaces were a plus and parking was convenient.I would recommend a piece of furniture to put things on in the bedrooms like a small table or something. Also a few more hooks to hang towels up in the bathrooms.

Ideal Friends Getaway

Wonderful location with plenty of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The bedrooms, with connecting bathrooms, are a nice size and provided privacy for each person in the group. Kitchen had all of the amenities we needed for our trip. Only thing to note is that once people checked into the unit above us, some of our group needed earplugs and./or the provided sound machine in order to sleep.
