Great Get A Way!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was clean and kitchen had all the essential items. We ate in breakfast and lunch. The weather was beautiful and sunsets on the beach were spectacular. It's so nice to be right on the beach front.

Spring Break 2021

Facility was well maintained in an A+ location on Crescent Beach. Enjoyed our stay and made fantastic memories of our daughters senior spring break.

Overall great stay only complaint sheets could be updated. They were pulling which felt like sand.

Great location only a short walk to the grocery, few gift shops ,restaurants and water graft rentals. And a trolley ride to downtown Siesta Key with multiple restaurants and shops.

Very basic unit

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Let me begin by saying that I have stayed at many different units at Sea Shell over the years. Although this unit was acceptable, it paled in comparison to other units I've stayed in. There were very little "extras" that other units usually provide like board games, pool noodles, at least one smart tv, an extra blanket, and salt/pepper to name a few. Again, this unit was acceptable. But I never have to think about bringing anything from home when I come to Sea Shell and this is the first time I regretted it.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was nice and clean, facility was nice, good location to walk to different restaurants, etc. Beach area was nice, but to crowded this time of the year for my liking, but beautiful sunsets made up for it. Overall enjoyed our stay.

Siesta Key Getaway

We spent a week at Sea Shell Vacation Rentals and was please with our stay there. The unit was clean and comfortable and a great location if you are looking for something that is waterfront well as being close to restaurants, convenience stores, etc. The staff was very friendly, helpful with questions/concerns and addressed a minor lighting issue with incredible promptness. We would definitely consider booking again with Sea Shell Vacation Rentals.

Steps away from white sand, blue water, live music, and shopping

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was immaculately clean, easy to access, and furnished well. The cabana with the grills is something everyone wants for their homes. The security gates with codes made it easy to access the beach, the cabana, and the parking areas. The location was perfect for a quiet and relaxing time. With the white sand and blue water with hardly any waves, you can see why it was voted best beach.
