Amazing location and condo - perfect for our family! The condo has everything you could possibly need to enjoy your stay…kids loved heading down to the pool and access to the beach…10/10, definitely recommend, we have marked on our list to visit again.

Perfect condo for a family! Plenty of space for everyone, comfortable beds, lots of beach accessories, close walk to the beach and shops/restaurants. Monica is great and quick to respond. Highly recommend!

Beautiful, comfortable and well stocked property in the beach! You can’t ask for anything else! Walking distance to good restaurants and shopping! Highly recommend and will stay here again!

We had such a nice time. Great location. Steps to pool and beach. Walkable to restaurants, shopping, ice cream, coffee... Condo was perfect - clean, plenty of room, well stocked with beach necessities! Monica was very responsive to questions and checkin was easy. Thank you! Definitely recommend and hope to be back!

Amazing get away

Loved the location, easy access and the views of this place. We plan on making this an annual place to stay. Very accommodating to families, nice decor and ocean views!

Family of four stayed for a week in July. The room was incredible, this part of Indian Rocks Beach was great for family vacation. Monica and Bob were wonderful. An email was sent with detailed instructions on the check in and out process. We reached out to the owners with an issue and they were quick to respond and help. Facilities were excellent, clean pool and easy beach access. Walking distance to many restaurants and ice cream shops. Games, puzzles, and coloring books were available for rainy days. The beach gear, toys, and beach towels were convenient. We can't wait to book again next summer.

This was the best condo I’ve ever stayed at in Florida. The host was very responsive and happy to help. The condo was so clean and stocked when we arrived. We flew down and expected to spend money on some beach gear but we did not need to do so. This condo has EVERYTHING you need for the beach. Chairs, umbrellas, canopy, toys, cooler, towels, etc. I would absolutely stay here again. Easy easy access to the beach and it was not crowded at all. Not sure if it’s the time of year we visited or not but it was amazing. Within walking distance to so many restaurants and shops. We took a few day trips to different beaches across the coast which took no time at all. Thank you so much to our wonderful hosts. Cannot wait to visit again soon and hopefully stay here!

Best stay ever!

This was the best vacation. The condo was perfect for our family. Very clean. And the owner was extremely nice and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

We had the best stay in July 2025. Perfect pool area and easy beach access, and we loved the location in IRB. Monica was a wonderful host, and the condo was clean, large and furnished with everything we could need. We had the best family vacation! Thank you so much!!

Wonderful place to stay

My sister and I and our two kids and we even brought our mom had a wonderful time. Even though we have the virus going on we still had an amazing time. The condo was great it was comfortable and beautifully decorated with everything you could want.

The place was clean and spacious. The front bedroom was loud on the weekend since it is near the street. There were lots of things for the beach. The bed was comfortable. The balcony also faces the street. There was a lot of room and we had everything we needed.

Wonder

What a wonderful and perfect all around experience for our family vacation! It could not have been any better! The location was perfect and the condo was beautifully decorated. The beds were very comfortable.

Great time in Indian Rocks Beach

My daughters and I stayed a week and we had the best time. The condo is located in a great location and the pictures don’t do it justice. The beds in both bedrooms were very comfortable and clean. Monica was great to work with.

Family Time

This was a family vacation. We rented 3 condos in the building. There was great beach and pool accessible. Restaurants in walking distance. I would highly recommend this property.

Great Condo for family!

My family and I really enjoyed staying here, the condo was very close to beach, restaurants, and also shopping! The host was very easy to get ahold of! We didn't have any issues while we stayed! Condo is big enough to give everyone their space while staying together and we loved that as a family of 4!! Would definitely stay here again :)

Girls trip

Vacation for relaxation with my daughter and her friend . We loved the location and the condo was well stocked. Because of all the extras in the condo it truly made our time at the beach so enjoyable . Highly recommended property in walking distance to restaurants and ice cream shop !! Will return again in the future.

WE LOVED IRB AND OUR CONDO!!!

Very impressed with this property. Owners were always prompt in answering our questions. This year was probably our families best vacation. Everything you need is already here. Thanks for letting us enjoy your place and we will be back next year!!!

Amazing vacation rental on IRB!!!

Condo is one of the best we have ever stayed in for a vacation!!! Everything we needed for the week and more! They thought of every small detail to make vacation enjoyable including beach chairs, toys, etc. Condo is beautifully decorated and comfortable! Enjoyed watching the boats in the intercostal every day! Thanks again for a fabulous week!!!
