Enjoy a relaxing stay in this beautifully renovated, self-contained guest cottage located in the heart of Old Town Niagara-on-the-Lake (428 Simcoe Street, License No. 128-2026). Surrounded by lush gardens filled with fragrant roses, the cottage offers a peaceful and private setting, complete with a secluded backyard patio featuring outdoor seating and a barbecue—perfect for summer evenings.
Inside, the cottage features a bright and inviting open-concept living space with cathedral ceilings throughout. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The cozy living area offers a fireplace, cable TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, a streaming box so you can log into your own streaming services during your stay, a comfortable pull-out sofa bed, and additional seating.
The bedroom includes a queen-size bed, armoire, and a ensuite bathroom. From the bedroom, step directly out to the garden patio. For added convenience, the bathroom is also equipped with a washer and dryer.
The cottage comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests (maximum 2 adults), with the bedroom sleeping two and the living room sofa bed accommodating additional guests.

The cottage was as advertised- very cozy and convenient. A bit of a walk to old town shops but we did it a couple of times as parking down there was pricy and tough to find. The location is very central to local vineyards for wine tastings and dining. We ate at 2 sisters vineyard one evening and highly recommend it.The bed was comfy and Irene was very accessible and prompt when we had questions.The place was spotless - though tiny enough that storage was a bit of an issue for a longer stay like ours. Backyard was inviting and there was a decent barbecue which is a must for us as we tend to eat at home more than out. (We get tired of restaurant food every day)

My husband and I stayed here for two nights—I wish we could have stayed longer, because the cottage and its interior are just charming. The living area and kitchen had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom clean. The cottage is in a quiet residential neighborhood about ten minutes easy walking distance to the Queen Street where visitors can find great restaurants, historic buildings, and access to the amazing park on the lake. Host was easy to connect with by text. Lovely, cozy and well appointed cottage. Amenities: coffee in the freezer, full drawer of spices, restaurant info, Village maps and brochures provided, extra linens.Will stay here again!

Just a lovely stay in a beautiful cottage. The neighborhood is quiet and sweet, and it’s just a short walk to the heritage district.

Niagara on the Lake Trip
Perfect getaway, very clean, very quiet, great wineries to visit, shopping, tea at the Prince of Wales. Perfect location for a wonderful visit to the region.

Great location
We had a lovely stay. The property was very clean and cozy. The location is perfect as it is slightly away from the center of town but still within a short walk.

we had a wonderful stay! The historic town way beautifully deck out for Christmas. We even watch the towns candle light walk through the main streets. The cottage itself had everything you could want and the location to all NOTL is on your doorstep.Thanks
