There is a queen-sized Murphy bed that can be pulled down at night and a queen-sized sleeper sofa. Extra linens are in a closet. The private balcony is just off the living area and overlooks Dercum Square that features an ice rink during the winter and a miniature golf course during the summer. Beyond that are beautiful mountain views.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features quartz counters and stainless steel appliances. The dining area comfortably seats four and there are three additional seats at the breakfast bar.

There is also a seating area near the window with beautiful views. The full bathroom is just across the hall and has a single sink vanity with a quartz countertop and a shower/tub combination with tile surround. It is stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.
