This OCEAN-FRONT condo has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. It is equipped with everything you'll need to spend a week at the coast. The view from the front room is amazing. Enjoy cozy evenings by the fireplace or relax on your private deck overhanging the sandy beach below. The sound of the waves and long walks on the beach await your arrival to beautiful San Simeon. Visit Hearst Castle or take in the sights up the Big Sur Coast, this is the perfect homebase to explore the central coast.

When you're ready to venture out and explore the beautiful Central Coast you will have many options close by. Hearst Castle and Hearst Winery, perched above the San Simeon Cove, are a short drive up the coast, and the famed Paso Robles wine country is a quick drive east. Charming San Luis Obispo is a 45-minute drive south and the Big Sur Coast is at your doorstep heading north. Cambria is the perfect starting off point for countless adventures.

This is a beautiful property. Located right on the ocean shore. Gorgeous views of the ocean and sea life. Located near a coast line trail. Within walking distance of restaurants and minutes from downtown Cambria. Also located within minutes of the Hearst Castle. Short drive to Wineries in Paso Robles. Great place to relax and unwind! The sound of the waves is incredible.

We are extremely happy with the upgrades to the condo in the last year, new bathroom counters and primary bathroom shower , new cookware! As always Breen is a joy to work with. Great location and condo. You really feel detached from the crowds. The condo is directly on the beach with the sounds of ocean waves crashing. It was so cool. The condo is very comfortable like you are at home. Clean and nicely decorated. For food, you need to go to Cambria. There are many food choices better than San Simeon and worth the short drive. Hearst Castle is a must. Looking forward to coming back.
