This three bedroom/three bathroom, single-level home is located in one of the best locations on the Central Coast-- it's a gem! The private stairs down to the sand from your oceanfront deck give you direct access to long walks along beautiful Moonstone Beach as well as Shamel Park. Enjoy countless sunsets overlooking the beach and ocean with a local glass of wine in hand!

This home offers one King bedroom and two Queen bedrooms along with three full bathrooms-- there is plenty of comfortable space for your family and friends! Cozy up in front of the gas fireplace, enjoy a good book in the reading nook or prepare your meals in the fully equipped kitchen without ever losing your view of the ocean. You simply cannot beat the location of this beautiful home!

Enjoy eating your breakfast, lunch and dinner “oceanside”, either inside at the dining table or outside under the trellis. The ample decking surrounding this home offers 180 degree ocean views with several spaces to relax. When you're ready to venture out and explore the beautiful Central Coast, you will have many options close by. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location and views in this house exceeded our expectations. We walked on the beach, through the charming neighborhood and Fiscalini Preserve. Everyone had their privacy whenever they wanted because of the layout of the bedrooms and baths. We look forward to returning soon.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: From the moment you open the doors to enter this beautiful property, you are greeted with the beauty of the blue ocean. I've been staying at this property for many years, and it never disappoints. There have been a few upgrades since my last visit, and I couldn't be more pleased. Close locations to either Moonstone Beach or to Fiscalini Ranch for a walk. The staff are always welcoming and the home and mainly its location speaks for itself. I also like that it's one story with a breathtaking view of the ocean. Whether you are enjoying your morning coffee or your evening wine. The views from the deck cannot be beat!

Great location, terrible beds

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This should've been a very relaxing stay. The house itself, the location, the kitchen setup are all great. However, the mattresses and pillows here are extremely cheap. The quality was on par with Motel 6. Thin hard matresses, and paper thin pillows. I even prefer a firm mattress, but this was not that. We both woke with terrible back, hip and neck pain every day. With the price of the nightly rental, we expect to at least be able to get a comfortable nights rest. I sincerely hope the owners replace them for future renters. Also, the couches or rug in the living room need a cleaning. Something in the room smells like urine.

Great beach house

Fantastic location. Furnished nicely. We were there for a weekend wedding so didn’t get to enjoy The beach house as much as we would’ve liked. We would like to rent again sometime for a longer stay.

We had an amazing time. The beachfront location was perfect for watching the sunset and crashing waves while sipping wine on the deck. The house is stocked with all the tools for preparing meals. A true paradise. Wish we had stayed longer.

Beachside Beauty

This is a lovely home, in a great locaton. The home's layout provides ample space for both privcy and gathering - inside and out. We enjoyed daily walks on the beach; a fire on a couple of chilly, rainy nights and watched a perfect sunset from the deck. Mintues to restaurants, shopping and Breen Vacation Station, who were wonderful to work with.

Awesome view!

Just walking through the gate tells you that you have found a perfect getaway place. Right on the beach with big waves and very few folks on this beach; a cup of coffee on the deck early in the morning was the best. Three good walks nearby. The kitchen had most of what folks would need to cook.

Stunning beachside paradise!

This was the PERFECT house for us! You can to get closer to the big waves and stunning sunsets. The house is in terrific shape and has such a welcoming vibe. A few of the reviews had some negative comments, but that was not our experience at all! This place was purely awesome, and the property managers were great.

The dining options were excellent. There were a few minor things in the home that could probably be maintained better but you can’t beat the views. Overall we were very satisfied with the property.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love the view and the location to town. Cambria is a wonderful relaxing place to visit. The house itself needs some maintenance and updating. We we there for a week and went out to eat for only one lunch. The pots and pans are old and nasty looking or slim pickings. There are plenty of sheets but the comforters need to be replaced. The one in the back bedroom looks pretty dirty. This was our third time staying at this property. As I said at the beginning the view can’t be beat.

Beautiful home/close to Moonstone Beach/Amazing Views

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed 8 days and loved every second of our trip. Getting to the beach is an easy walk down one flight of stairs and on the beach you are! The kitchen was wonderful to cook in. We cooked most of our dinners on site which was so easy to do. Plenty of dinner ware, pots and pans and glasses. The outside BBQ was clean and excellent which we used about 4 times. Everything was provided for in the home including washing machine detergent. The balcony and outside patio was excellent and very enjoyable. You can walk to Moonstone Beach and enjoy the beach area there along with all of the wonderful restaurants. You can even walk to the town of Cambria in literally 10 mins max. Would definitely highly recommend and would stay here again. There were 6 of us total and we had plenty of room to spread out.
