Beautiful house

Great house in a nice little area that’s not crowded but still easy to access all you need from town and jump right over to the beach in a car or golf cart. Very comfy inside and the host Erin was on top of everything, making our last minute booking a dream.

Relaxing

Rooftop views, plenty action to see in the marina and airport, convenient to everything, clean, comfortable, property manager is very accommodating. Definitely high ranking place to stay.

Stunning Property

The property was beautiful and in a fantastic location with beautiful views. Rooftop hot tub and views were icing on the cake. Elevator perfect for my aging parents (and unloading and loading to the kitchen on the top floor!). We had a fantastic stay.

Wonderful!

The house and location were perfect for our group of six adults and two kids. The house was spotless and had all the amenities we needed and more. The multiple balconies and rooftop deck added such a nice option for additional areas to hang out/relax. The pool was great and very convenient as well. My family and I would love to come back again!

Great Family Getaway

My family (6 adults and 1 kiddo) loved our stay. Erinn was so helpful and quick to respond. The place was beautiful and the top deck was amazing. My elderly parents loved the elevator and so did I! The beds were super comfy with plenty if blankets and pillows. It was quiet and we loved watching the planes land and even saw a few skydivers! Pool was perfect and so close and convenient. Great stay!

This property has been the perfect location to spend my son’s birthday the last couple years.

We have really enjoyed the rooftop area with hot tub and sitting area with fire pit. Great floorplan with bedrooms on 1st and 2nd floors and nice sized kitchen and living areas on 3rd. Property has been pristine on arrival the last couple of years and the owner has been very friendly and accommodating to check out times as able. We will return.

Amazing Property!

This was one of the best VRBO properties we have stayed in. The views were amazing, the location was perfect, and the top deck was so comfortable to hang out at. Everything about it was gorgeous. You will also find the elevator very handy! The communication with Erinn was great and she was extremely responsive. I highly recommend this to anyone traveling to Port A!

Beautiful home! Beautiful property. Very clean. It was easy to fall in love with this place. Great views day or night from the rooftop. Location is great! Away from the chaos and bustling of town, but only about five to ten minutes from most venues. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be staying here again.

Perfection

This property is perfect! I actually don't want to tell you how fabulous it is so that we can stay here every time we come to Port Aransas! The location is amazing - close to the beach and marina. It had everything in it for our family to cook and spend quality time together. They thought of everything!

Costal Cool

We stayed here for the pipeliners fishing tourney... we had a private launch, a marina and amazing house. Only wish we had bad weather so we could have spent more time in this great property... but i guess we will settle for fun on the bay.

I don't even know where to begin! Our stay at Erinn's townhome was an exceptional experience. She is a gracious host who goes above and beyond to make sure you have absolutely everything you may need to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The townhome is beyond stunning ... the pictures don't do it justice! We will never, ever forget our Christmas vacation at Island Moorings. What I wouldn't give to wake up to a view like that every morning, and see sunsets like that every evening. Between the beautiful townhome and the perfect location right on the marina, well, it was like a little slice of heaven! Thank you, Erinn!

Bucket list trip for my 84 & 85 year old parents!

This was the perfect location for taking my parents to mark Port A off their bucket list. We spent a lot of time up on the 4th floor where you can see the ocean from one side and the bay from the other. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was great! The elevator was a life saver for my 84 year old Mom. And a big thank you to the cleaning lady and the host for finding my Moms necklace she forgot and mailing it to her. It was a relaxing trip!

Perfect location

Love the off the beaten path but close to everything location. Great for the fishermen to park the boat in a slip and the beachgoers to hop on the golf cart and head to the beach.

Hello all! I'm your host Erinn! I gave up my sales and marketing career when we started our family in 2005. My husband and I have always loved Port Aransas, so in 2011, we purchased a townhome that we could share with others as a vacation rental. Then, as most owners do, we hired a local property manager. As our daughters grew, I missed the social interaction from my career. We decided I should jump in and try self-managing. I enjoyed it so much, that since that time, we've added 3 homes to our portfolio. We warmly welcome you and take pride in being a small part of your family memories.

Best view of marina and airport in the community. Rooftop is the perfect vantage point to see the boats coming and going and see the small planes come and go. *This is a small town airport not a lot of traffic but fun to see the activity, sometimes you will see people skydiving. We have a propane fire table and LED lights on a timer, they come on at dark and stay on for a 4 hour window.
