Short getaway!

The Pearl was very clean, both inside and out, the drive to the beach was very quick, it was a good getaway and communication with the owners was great.

Weekend bound

Really enjoyed our stay here. Everything was clean. Beds were a bit noisy for my liking but good enough to sleep in. Loved the pool! Neighbors were peaceful . Overall would recommend.

Exactly as Described

The house is exactly as described. The neighborhood is clean, quiet, and safe. The beach is a short drive from the property. Recommend renting a golf cart if you are going to spend a lot of time at the beach. The property is close to everything in Port Aransas. Wonderful stay.

Nice Home

The house is located in a great area with easy access to the beach. We did have an issue with mosquitoes outside and inside the home. We would consider staying again if the mosquito issue inside the home was resolved

Great Beach Neighborhood

The house is on a quaint little street just off 361, and within walking distance to the beach. A short drive north into Port A. Beach access is over a nice wooden boardwalk, over the dunes. The block seemed to be full of vacation renters, and I was comfortable with leaving my surfboards on top of the car overnight. My kids and I enjoyed relaxing in the living room after a day of surfing. And, the pool was great! The kids couldn’t get enough of it! There is an outdoor shower to wash off the sand, and, utility room shower, toilet, and sink, behind the enclosed patio. The enclosed patio did have an extra fridge, as well as the utility room. Adequate utensils, pots, and pans in the kitchen. The front patio was also a great spot to relax. This house was everything we wanted in a beach house.

The Best Location!

We had a fantastic stay! The location is the best. You can take a short walk to the beach or drive your golf cart or car on the beach which is just around the corner. The post is very accurate. The bedroom setups worked perfect for our family. Everyone had their own bed. Having our own washer and dryer was nice. The kitchen was well stocked. Outdoor shower was convenient for after the beach. The pool is amazing! My kids loved that pool! We used it very frequently. The screened in porch is huge. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend! Suggestions: Better blinds or curtains in bedrooms. Current ones don’t block the light much but my kids get up early and don’t take naps anymore so it didn’t bother us. A dresser would be nice in the 3rd bedroom to be able to unpack completely but again we managed. Thank you for letting us use your house! We had such a wonderful family vacation!

Loved to property clean and really spacious loved the outside bathroom and shower made it after the beach and loved the closed patio to have lunch after the pool.Host was fast to respond, pool was amazing to relax in.DEFINITELY WILL RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!

Nice property, love having the pool access in addition to the beach. No beach view or beachfront. But very close ride with golf cart or could walk it a bit if you chose to. Great proximity to a lot of things and the Texas Aquarium and USS Lexington were just a short 30 minute drive up the road. Overall, it was a nice home and accommodating amenities. The host was awesome, easily reachable, and very responsive.

Fantastic Retreat!

Our stay at 628 Park Place was perfect. The owner equipped this for fun and comfort. It is loaded with extras. We really enjoyed our stay, and the beach was fairly quiet. When we book this again, we will be sure to not pack so much!!
