The Palace is designed for large groups of friends or family seeking unparalleled quality, luxury and comfort in a 7,554 sq ft, 4-story home with an elevator, a heated salt water pool & spa, 5 Master Bedrooms, 2 bunk rooms and a 3rd floor main gathering area with a bar, pool table game room, living room and outdoor decks with stunning views.
With four living rooms to choose from, guests can spread out or gather together in the 3rd floor Great Room where the kitchen is equipped with a massive granite bar with seating for 10, a dining table with seating for 10, a large living area with a fireplace and 85" TV.
All bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms are spacious, elegant and comfortable with premium bedding and linens.
The entire 4th floor is a Penthouse Master Suite with tremendous views of the Gulf, the Bay, sunrises and sunsets, the golf course and more. This suite has a comfortable living room, two outdoor decks and large bath room with double vanities, a shower and a jetted tub.
The Palace is Palmilla's tallest luxury home which maximizes the views of the Gulf and Bay as well as the golf course and a fresh water lake teeming with dozens of species of local and migratory birds.
Everything in the home was designed to be the "best of the best" from the sub-zero and Wolf appliances, to the large and comfortable rooms, soaring ceilings, stunning views, high-speed WIFI and HD Sony TVs..
A private 6-seat GOLF CART with a blue tooth sound system is included in the rental and provides convenient access to the Resort Amenities, the beach and the City of Port Aransas.
The on-site private salt water pool and hot tub area is resort quality and offers a private alternative the large community pool which is about 100 yards from the Palace. A large gas BBQ grill is included as well.
Palmilla Resort offers guests beach services including private chairs, umbrellas and air conditioned bathrooms. The community Pool & Guest Services are about 100 yards from the PALACE. The golf pro shop, Black Marlin restaurant and the new fitness center are also close by.

Somehow the house is bigger in person! Fabulous stay with plenty of accommodations and considerate touches (lots of cooking tools, thick toilet paper, laundry on multiple floors, etc.) Beach was so close and the pools were great. Highly recommend.

We have been vacationing in this home for the past six summers, and even after all this time- it never disappoints. The house is gorgeous, well appointed and immaculate. Susan, the manager, always goes above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. From making meals with the kids in a large, open kitchen to sitting on the porch with an ocean view and a cocktail, the house is built to help you and yours make wonderful memories. The kids enjoy bunk rooms, billiards and the large Jenga tower in the garage. Everyone has their own bedroom and bathroom which makes it easy to travel with large groups. We can all be together while maintaining space and privacy. There is also a golf cart to help you get to and from the beach. And should you tire of the beach, you can enjoy your own private pool and hot tub! We highly, highly recommend this property and are so appreciative that the owners share it with us year after year!

We had a great stay at the Palace! The house and views were stunning, the neighborhood and it's amenities were awesome. The pictures don't do it justice. We were 6 adults and 9 kids ages 5-18 and there was a place for everyone. Helen and Susan were super responsive and great to work with.

This is our second year staying at this residence which indicates how satisfied we are with the property! The house is immaculate and everything is in great working order! The use of a new golf cart enhances the experience. We love that the house is very close to the beach access and also has a large capacity elevator. The checkin process was very efficient. Even though this was our second visit to the property, Susan, the house manager, greeted us when we arrived to insure that any new issues we might have was promptly addressed. Communications during our entire stay were excellect with any questions we had quickly answered. The house is very well equipped with everything needed for a FANTASTIC family vacation. Everyone enjoyed playing and relaxing at the pool after a glorious time spent at the beach. We enjoyed every aspect of our stay so much that we have already booked the property AGAIN for NEXT YEAR! The house and host are truly amazing!

The property itself is excellent in every respect...spacious, well appointed, maintained well, located with magnificent beach views. Susan met us at the property, explained all the finer details of operating the audio and Wi-Fi systems, etc. This was our 2nd year here and among all the properties we have visited across the US and Canada, this property and the management/host were the best we've every encountered. We look forward happily to returning.

This house is perfection. Plenty of room with several conversation areas for different groups, ie. kids have their own areas to be kids. Rooms were all stocked with essentials, as well as the kitchen. The pool and hot tub were great, but having a community pool as well was fabulous. The community was adorable and it was so easy to get to the beach with the included golf cart. Susan was the house manager and I cannot say enough good things about her. She went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable.

Amazing Beach House and Location!
Great location for a family beach vacation. I appreciated the communcation from the host family and manager of property during our stay. Highly recommend this property for your next vacation spot.
