The space was welcoming with many beach-centered decorations. It was very clean and well lit. Loved the view and sounds of the ocean from the living room and balcony. The kitchen had everything needed (bring your own coffee). Host was responsive when needed. I would stay here again if in the area.

Fabulous week at Pat’s right on the beach! Everything went well. Best view from the end unit balcony! Didn’t realize until after booking when we reread the details that there’s no elevator. Three flights of steps kept us fit. Great kitchen w/all you’d need. Ice maker inside fridge is wonderful for turning out loads of ice. A/C runs nicely. Appreciated how spotless the condo was & loved that the beach service (2 chairs & 1 umbrella set up & reserved for us daily) was included in the week’s rental! Beautiful location, sugar sand, emerald water! Pat was a terrific host too!

We had a great vacation. The condo was perfect for the 2 of us and the location was great. We really appreciated the fully stocked kitchen and beach service. Pat responded to our questions quickly. We will definitely stay here again!

Great view and close proximity to beach

The condo was close to the beach and had a great balcony with fantastic views. The condo was clean and had everything we needed.

Great place on the beach and Ocean!

Great place to stay in Fort Walton! This is our second time staying at this condo unit. Great owner and great condo! We like that it is family friendly and that it is a smaller condo building- meaning the beach is less crowded than other places near by.

Family friendly condo with a BEAUTIFUL view

This was our second stay here and I can say with confidence it will not be our last! Great location, close to destin dining without all the crowds on the beach! Condo is well equipped with everything you would need and you cannot get a more beautiful view!!

Beautiful beach condo

The condo was perfect. Open living room kitchen area out to a great balcony overlooking the beach. The place was immaculate and Just as the owner described. We would definitely stay there again

Such a beautiful view!

Our family loved the location of the condo. It was nice to be away from the high rise hotels. The corner unit provided additional privacy and the view is one of the best!

Amazing place toSpend your vacation for sure!!!

Amazing condo

Beautifully decorated condo, with all the amenities of home! Couldn't ask for better weather, having the beach chairs and umbrella were great! Have stayed here many times before, owners are awesome and easy to work with. Highly recommend this condo for your next stay at the beach.

Great Condo and Location!

Great spot! We went all around Fort Walton, Navarre, and Destin, and it's close to everything without the crowds. Very clean, comfy bed/couch, and beautiful beach which is what we came for! The Boardwalk was a lot of fun! Fireworks, luau, returants, shops, movie night, etc. Had a great 1st time there!

Old enough to retire, but not ready to give up the 'game'! We have the best of all worlds....living and working on a beautiful 19,000 acre lake in Georgia & owning a special getaway place on Okaloosa Island! We manage it ourselves and it's always very clean and neat. And, of course, the view of the Gulf is like no other!! We would love to share it with you! Extra window in living area enhances the views and the brightness in the rooms, not to mention the view! Sitting on the balcony makes you feel like you could 'reach out and touch the water'. Dolphins playing and Pelicans swooping in for their 'catch of the day'. Convenient to shopping, restaurants, entertainment, yet away from the crowds & traffic of Destin. It's a dream come true!
