This condo is by far our favorite stay on the island. We’ve been coming down for 10 years to Okaloosa Island and am so thankful we finally found this place ! The owners are excellent to work with and the condo is perfect!

Amazing place to stay with easy access to the beach and close by restaurants. We had a great time during our stay and highly recommend it to everyone else.

There is nothing better than getting up in the morning come out to get coffee and the first thing you see is the sand and ocean. This condo is so nice and comfortable to stay in. Valerie was in contact with us a couple of times making sure we were taken care of. We will definitely be back next year. Now off to the balcony to enjoy a margarita and listen to the ocean before we leave tomorrow. Till next year. Can’t thank you enough for the wonderful hospitality.

Valerie and Victor are, hands down, the best hosts we’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Everything was exactly as described and communication with them was seamless. We will definitely be going back!

Everything was perfect. The host was very friendly. The condo had everthing we needed in it. The bed was comfortable (a great thing). The views were awesome! This was our first time at Okaloosa Island. We will definitely be back.

Location was perfect! Beds very comfortable. Condo was clean, quiet and well equipped with everything we needed. We have stayed at a few beach condos and this was by far the best. We would definitely come back again.

Condo was very clean. Host was helpful with TV that previous renters had messed up. Great view. Kitchen clean and well-stocked. We've stayed at Island Sands several times...this is best unit in which we've stayed. Will definitely want to rent it again on next trip.

The condo was beautiful and the hosts were amazing. You can't get any closer to the beach, white sands, and clear water. Sitting on the deck you can watch the pelicans and osprey fly overhead as you are listening to the waves hit the shore. This is the most perfect location and the hosts have provided 2 beach chairs and an umbrella, which are set up daily by Hank, who is super friendly! Don't let this one go!

The condo was everything and more than advertised. It was spotless and decorated wonderfully. The kitchen had everything we needed. The owners are great to deal with. Getting up every morning and seeing that view was awesome!

This place is a gem. Super clean, adorable inside and the view is unbeatable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It is a very short walk right down to the beach and the chairs are all set up. We loved sitting on the deck and listening to the ocean.The bed was really comfortable although the pillows, not so much. We did run out of TP. Those are literally the only two things that weren't perfect. I'd book this again in a minute.

We loved our stay at Island Sands 308! Host communication was excellent and helpful. The condo itself is extremely clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The view is gorgeous and the beach is easily accessible. We already plan to return.

This is the perfect spot to stay and relax, catch amazing beachfront sunrises/sunsets, etc. The unit is very clean, tidy and nicely equipped for your stay! The owners have went above and beyond in the details that make this unit such an inviting and comfortable home away from home.

This was easily the nicest condo I have rented along the panhandle. The building was incredibly well kept and the unit was the same. The condo was so clean and comfortable. It was beautifully renovated and maintained. While not necessary, you could tell that the owners have made updates that make the space feel like home rather than just a vacation rental. The kitchen was beautiful (we loved the counter top!) and it was appointed well with dishes and cookware. I was so impressed at the quality of everything provided. It didn’t look like they just put a bunch of unused or unwanted items in their kitchen for guests to use…it really felt like being at a home away from home. Same with the decor and the furniture throughout the space. Everything felt very purposefully placed for comfort and enjoyment. The view was beautiful and beach access was perfect. Couldn’t have been better! We’re already trying to find availability to come back! Thanks for hosting us and providing such a beautiful space!
