Nice condo in beautiful setting

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was in good condition and pretty clean. It was larger and more modern than we thought, which was a nice surprise. A very quiet place with hardly any neighbors, so a true getaway! Enjoyed the trail along the bluff, the restaurant at Sea Ranch Lodge and exploring the area. The only drawback was having to drive to Gualala to pick up the keys and return them - not very convenient.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: really nice place, unfortunately it was cold and raining all the time and the heating system could not keep up with the cold temperatures. Could have been a little warmer inside.

Beautiful condo visit spoiled by odor

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My stay was marred by a foul odor that would come and go near the stairs at the entry level. I could never pinpoint the source nor could I find any stain or spill. It smelled like spoiled milk or worse. It was a near constant annoyance of an otherwise wonderful place. The powerful Pacific storm was amazing to watch from the living and dining room.On the final day, I finally found the odor's source. It was on the stair's carpet. I notified the agency about the location. Hopefully, it will be eliminated for the next guest.

Reviewer Comments: 48 Sea Walk is extraordinary in every way - impeccably remodeled and furnished, interesting art, comfortable and perfectly fitting with the Sea Ranch esthetic. The location on the property is unmatched for spectacular views of the coastline, watching the sunset and the moon beams. Easy access to the Lodge and hiking trails. This unit captures the spirit, history and beauty of Sea Ranch. Can't wait to return!

Condo with a View

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sea Walk Condo. Nicely furnished, beautifully located and very quiet (except for the yappy dogs next store who got very excited whenever seeing a human). I think there should be a better checkout procedure. We had to drive a half hour out of our way to bring the keys back to the Beach Rentals office. Why not just leave in the unit and have housekeeping pick them up and return them to the office?

Lovely get-a-way!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lovely condo, great location, trails and services right outside your door! The kitchen is spectacular. Perfect for a couple ... If you are looking for more privacy or quiet, you might want to move further afield ... but if you want to be close to the cafe/post office, etc ... can't beat it.

Dream View - Sonoma Coast

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beach Rentals manages the reservation and check in. processes perfectly. They responded to my email questions within 24 hours and provided detailed instructions for all aspects of the stay. The Sea Walk condo is beautifully appointed with an excellent view. The car park is conveniently located near the Unit. There are a lot of interior stairs connecting the three floors. For someone physically challenged or disabled this Unit would not work.
