Our Chalet is a cozy home nestled in the hills of Ellicottville, and the perfect all-season destination. Bike, hike, golf, ski, or just relax. Located on 10 wooded acres, with amazing views of the hills, you can sleep up to 8 comfortably in our 2+ bedroom, 2 bathroom chalet. Just a 7 minute drive to the heart of EVL, you can enjoy all the town has to offer, or hang out on the porch and enjoy the views. Just minutes down the road to the Holiday Valley, Ellicottville Rodeo & Nightmare Hay Ride.

Situated on 10 wooded acres, our Cabin gives you the calm of the country with the spectacular views from of the valley. Cozy up to the gas fireplace with live-edge mantle after a day of outdoor fun. Or sit around the outdoor firepit in the Adirondack chairs and enjoy the starlit sky. The private master bedroom suite has a plush queen bed, private full bathroom, and a sliding glass door that opens toward the spectacular views. The loft bedroom has a comfortable full size bed, and the loft open space has a queen bed, a twin-over-full bunk bed, and the best views in the cottage. The newly remodeled kitchen is bright and clean, and stocked with all the amenities you need. Enjoy your meals together at the dining table off the kitchen, or at the tables on the large deck. We have the internet and WiFi, but we also have the house stocked with games, puzzles, and DVD's to keep everyone entertained "offline."

You'll have the entire house to yourself, with access to all 10 acres of the property. There's also a washer and dryer you can use if needed.

This is not the right place to have a party or a wild weekend. Our home is in a relatively quiet part of Ellicottville, off the beaten path. But we do have neighbors, and they enjoy the peace and quiet, which we ask you to respect (and to also enjoy).
