Brand New Build in Ellicottville's village! The Gorgeous Chardonnay Chalet
The Chardonnay Chalet is located in Ellicottville's beautiful village, at 37 Mill St. It is 100% new and the build was just finished in September 2019. Head to toe, Everything, with all of the furnishings, are all brand new for your comfort. From custom Amish furniture to very comfortable bedding, a wide-open kitchen/LR/Dining room we planned it well for your satisfaction. The Chardonnay turned out gorgeous and we couldn't be more pleased to offer it to you, hoping to have you back again and again.
With 4 bedrooms ( all queen beds ), 3 full baths, and a very generous size deck with comfortable furniture for some outdoor living, you will feel plenty of comfort and room to breathe. There is a generous size parking area, TVs in every bedroom, a gas fireplace, powerful Wifi, and just about everything you would normally want at your home. On the entrance deck is also a ski/golf/activities locker. (Please supply your own padlock ). You will have 4 parking spaces to the right of the entrance.
Please also ask about our Chateau Merlot ( property # 2652927 ) and Bordeau Bungalow ( property # 1440191 ) as well for when you are hosting a larger group than the Chardonnay Chalet alone will accommodate. Come stay with us for whatever your occasion is. I'm sure you will enjoy it as much as we do.

We enjoyed having James as our guest in the Chardonnay Chalet. He took wonderful care of the house , very communicative and respected all house rules. We look forward to having him and his family back soon.

Fully stocked kitchen plenty of dishes, silverware and pots and pans! The place was spotless and very well set up. Close to town and shopping! The host is easy to work with and responds quickly to requests and text. This is a great place to stay you won’t be disappointed at all! Book it and enjoy!

Chardonnay Chalet
The house is amazing! Great location to the slopes, very comfortable, nicely stocked kitchen, close to the Tops Grocery Store. Beds are very comfortable and we loved the large table to sit around and play card games!
