We did a joint bachelor/bachelorette party and this house was PERFECT! It was so nice and perfect location. Definitely will recommend and hopefully visit again!

Lovely Stay in Convenient Location

The house was lovely and perfectly located near King Street and a ton of great restaurants and cafes. Communication was easy and the two floors were spacious enough for everyone to have a comfortable stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient trip to Charleston.

Best vacation ever!

I have never felt so welcomed by a host, they went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. The house itself was the most gorgeous house with a spectacular view. It had plenty of room and was cleaned very well before we arrived. I would definitely stay here again !!

Host was very responsive and accommodating. The rooms were comfortable, bathrooms updated, and great location. Living room was basic. As others have mentioned, road noise (cars driving, pedestrians walking home from bars, nearby fire station) is noticable for bedrooms near street.

The location to CofC is great. We were here for graduation. The beds were comfie and it was clean but the furniture was cheap and felt breakable when sitting. I needed to reach out twice about the non working stove/oven and the very confusing parking directions. I didn’t hear back for hours and when I heard back there were suggestions of how I could fix the oven myself. Great location, clean place, poor communication and for that price, we expected better quality furnishings.

Weekend Stay

The property was as advertised. Each room has a large comfortable bed but might be more efficient if one of the rooms had double beds. But overall was just fine. Could have been a little more clean but that may have been because it hasn't been used in a while.

The location of the house is perfect! The cleanliness was okay. The house definitely has some rough spots. The floor is cracked in a few places. Counter top mismatched…nothing huge. I was mislead about parking availability. It was a house that slept 6 but you could barely get one car there. That was frustrating, but overall it worked out.

Great location, super cute place!

Absolutely loved this place. It was perfect for a large group and the location couldn’t be better. We walked everywhere downtown. Would absolutely stay here again.

Decent Location and stay

We were a group that rented the entire home. Overall the stay was fun however the space is very small and the floors so uneven that one of our couples had to stay in a hotel.
