Had an amazing time celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary. The views were amazing and felt like a private resort. It was helpful having the washer and dryer in the unit. Location was in perfect spot.

We loved our stay! The location is great, the waterfront view and privacy were perfect! You cannot go wrong staying here. And a lovely black sand beach to enjoy if you chooses not to use the pool. A 10! For sure!

Absolutely incredible stay. Beautiful corner unit. Sunset Views are impeccable. Away from the Hussle and Hussle of the town but close enough to all shopping and restaurants. 10/10 recommend this property. Host is incredibly friendly and responsive.

We loved your home on the ocean! It is a convenient, safe, and beautiful location! We had everything we needed and were very comfortable. We spent every morning and evening sitting on your patio just listening to the ocean, watching/listening to the birds and the antics of cute little geckos. We loved the beach next to you, too. Great place to stay and our host was a very good communicator! Thank you!

Gorgeous Hawaiian view

We loved our stay here! The view from the lanai was unbelievable. Loved eating breakfast out there every morning. The breeze and the sound of the ocean at night were amazing! Will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Oceanside townhouse! Great view and comfortable bed. Loved the location to restaurants and beaches. Loved dining out on the lanai and watching sunsets.

Serenity Now

The location and view from this unit is quite possibly the best one can get on the Kona side of the big island. We loved our stay and would absolutely visit again.

Great location, close to Kailua-Kona. Easy walk to multiple beaches and close to shopping, groceries, coffee, and restaurants. Nice setting right on the water. Good space for a couple, but probably small for a larger group. It was a bit dated and tired but was clean and well supplied. The views of the sunsets and the sounds of the waves were wonderful.

Would stay again !

You just cannot beat sitting outside on this patio being mesmerized by the view and the sound of the ocean just a few feet away! We enjoyed some enhancements that have been made since my last visit at the property, so kuddos to the owner! Always a treat staying and as they always say...location, location, location!!

great location - right on the ocean.

great location right on the ocean place is a little worn - could use some updates like the carpet but otherwise clean and cozy . everything you need for a great vacation , cooler ,beach chairs etc everything you need for a wonderful vacation

Beautiful Location!

Enjoyed our stay! Love hearing and seeing the ocean! We had a couple of technical hiccups but Maria was fantastic. She responded right away and got us squared away quickly.

Lovely stay in south Kona.

The condo is beautiful and a very relaxing place to stay. Has everything you need for a very comfortable stay. The view is spectacular. Just a few steps from the little bay and also the pool. The bed and mattress were also comfortable. Appreciate the nice art throughout the place.

Healthy Retreat

We love this place! Great ocean view and friendly birds. Nice neighbor too. Maria is a very friendly and helpful property manager. It was hard to leave.

Beautiful View

We enjoyed the beautiful Hawaii sunsets while sitting on the private lanai. The condo is in a great location, with shopping and dining nearby and a 10 minute walk took me to a fun snorkel area. We had everything we needed and management was easy to communicate with.

Fantastic Location/needs a little TLC

The oceanfront location cannot be beat. Has all the kitchen and beach things you need. Beautiful artwork and comfy bed and linens. The unit is showing its age a bit and could use a little TLC, but no showstoppers. We would definitely stay again.
