Experience true oceanfront luxury in this newly remodeled, split-level townhome located in the exclusive, gated Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club. Because this is a townhome, you will enjoy ultimate peace and privacy with no neighbors above or below you, and no traffic noise.
The recent 2024 Luxury Remodel Includes:
Panoramic Ocean Views- Brand new, solid pane windows and over size slider eliminate old jalousies and puts the Ocean right in the living and bedroom!
Full Climate Control- High powered split AC units in the living room and both bedrooms for customized cooling
Chefs Open Kitchen-Removed galley walls create a bright, open-concept space featuring modern cabinets, stone counter tops, adjustable under cabinet lighting, and fully stocked cookware.
Spa Bathrooms- Both the first and second floor bathrooms feature large newly tiled walk in showers with body wash, shampoo and conditioner.
The upstairs spa shower features a direct ocean view!
Bedrooms-Both feature King beds, AC, and room darkening shades. One with an expansive ocean view and the other with a lush garden view.
A full sized washer and dryer is conveniently located in upstairs hallway. Detergent provided
Outdoor Living and Resort Amenities- Step onto your private covered lanai to relax in the comfy rocker or dine alfresco at the open lanai table. It is the perfect vantage point for seasonal whale watching, dolphin spotting, and sunset cocktails!

A perfect oasis by the ocean for our family vacation! Exquisite interior design with lots of home comfort. The heated pool just steps away is a big plus in addition to hearing and seeing the ocean waves.The Owners are great, responsive hosts. We highly recommend their rental when staying on Big Island. 10/10!

Amazing location and unit has everything you need! Sunsets and views for the lanai were beautiful. Jim was wonderful! We will be back.

Great accommodation in a nice gated community with a view over the sea. Lovely and clean with everything we needed for a long weekend.

We had a wonderful stay in the townhouse. It was so well stocked with household items as well as things for the beach. The views were beautiful even with high tide. We used the pool and tennis/ pickleball courts on our downtime. It was very chill and stress free, exactly what we hoped for during our stay.

This was a great location south of town. We loved it. The host was wonderful even brought us fresh banana bread. The condo was extremely well stocked with everything we needed from beach chairs to noodle floaters, and boogie boards. Very quiet with fabulous sunsets.

We loved the property location which is ocean front and an easy walk to a nice snorkeling beach as well as coffee shops and restaurants. We liked the Lanai where we enjoyed happy hours at sunset and breakfast with beautiful views of the ocean. The place was clean and has everything that we needed. The hosts are friendly.

Amazing place in paradise
Loved the place. Was clean, modern, confortable, and had such cute beach decor. Close proximity to the pool and tennis/pickleball courts which we enjoyed using both. Would love to return.

The listed and property were just as described - super easy, centrally located in the Kailua area - If your searching for a great place for breakfast coffee with the waves, amazing sunsets and close to almost everything else, this is the place.

A great place for a family vacation
We loved our time at this wonderful property while visiting the Kailua-Kona area! Perfect for a family of four! Our kids loved the nearby pool and beach. The condo is clean and has everything you need for your stay. Jim & Cyndie were wonderful to communicate with as well. Would return for sure!

We have owned unit 179, just 2 doors down, for 10 years. We are thrilled to have another townhome at this beautiful property! We love sitting on the lanai and spotting dolphins and whales during the day. Nothing beats the majestic sunsets. We hope you enjoy our second home as much as we do.

This property is the perfect location as it is set far away from the noise on Alli drive. Ocean views from all of the rooms in the rear, and gorgeous garden view from front bedroom. Complex has some of the finest tennis/pickle ball courts on the island, along with a roomy pool. Acres of well maintained grounds. Access to beach next to property.
Only a quarter mile up the road to Keauhou Shopping Center with grocery, restaurants, movie theater and shopping, including a weekly farmers market!

Having a town home offers much more quiet and privacy than a condo unit. This unit is especially nice as the 4 unit building is at the very end of the townhomes. One of the few that have no parking directly in front. This unit is also a short walk to pool and tennis.
