This is a gorgeous ocean front townhouse corner unit. Being an end unit with additional side windows allows for additional light in the unit, and because it is located at the end of the building, you do not get additional foot traffic.

Split AC units have been added to each bedroom and living room. Fully equipped with free WIFI, a King bed and 2 twins, this unit also offers a sofa sleeper, ceiling fans in each bedroom as well as living room. Window A/C also located in the living area! Not a common amenity at this complex!

The pool is just steps away from the townhome with BBQ area nearby. Walking distance to Kahaluu Beach Park which offers excellent snorkeling, and to the Keauhou Shopping Center. This unit is professionally managed by a property management company who has been doing business since 1979! We're available virtually 24/7 to assist you with any problems that may arise. We can also assist you in finding any activities you wish to do while on island.

The property is beautiful. fantastic location. The place has everything you need.Very clean, could use some updates, but what it lacked in updates it fulfilled everywhere else. Had a wonderful time

Great Oceanside Property

This property has everything you'll need for a great Hawaii vacation stay. Everything was as advertised. The unit could use some updating, but overall, we loved the unit. Grocery shopping just a short five-minute drive away and an awesome farmers market near the grocery store on Saturday mornings. The complex grounds were beautiful, and we would book this unit for any future stays in Kona.

Amazing view!

We enjoyed our stay! It has an amazing view! The upstairs gets a little warm at night but the open windows and fans help.

Location location location

As you can see from the photos, the location of this property could not be better. We enjoyed watching and listening to the ocean for hours.

Another great thing that this rental has is air conditioning in every room. There are a few things that do need upgrades which I included to management when they asked.

Excellent location and unit

This was our absolute favourite unit of the 3 places we stayed on the island. We loved the layout, the view, the pool area. All the holiday lights around the complex were so fun to look at. It was very quiet and we enjoyed the path to the waterfront too. When we book this trip again we will for sure stay the entire time at this particular unit.

Great view but It needs remodeling

Overall it’s a great location & good property. It needs to be remodeled for the money that they charge per night. It was clean but definitely needs to have newer bathrooms and AC upstairs.

The townhouse itself is showing it's age, but was comfortable and well equipped. Check in/out was flawless and the management company was a pleasure to deal with.

Great location but so-so townhouse

We rented 2 townhouses in the same location. Both were oceanfront. This townhouse was not updated and was shabbier than the other (#187).

The condo has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We were 2 couples and it was just right for us. The corner location offers privacy. The waves were crashing outside our door/window. Assigned parking, quiet complex, nice pool and grounds. We would book again.
