This is a gorgeous ocean front townhouse corner unit. Being an end unit with additional side windows allows for additional light in the unit, and because it is located at the end of the building, you do not get additional foot traffic.

Split AC units have been added to each bedroom and living room. Fully equipped with free WIFI, a King bed and 2 twins, this unit also offers a sofa sleeper, ceiling fans in each bedroom as well as living room. Window A/C also located in the living area! Not a common amenity at this complex!

The pool is just steps away from the townhome with BBQ area nearby. Walking distance to Kahaluu Beach Park which offers excellent snorkeling, and to the Keauhou Shopping Center. This unit is professionally managed by a property management company who has been doing business since 1979! We're available virtually 24/7 to assist you with any problems that may arise. We can also assist you in finding any activities you wish to do while on island.

Amazing Location

Truly a wonderful stay in Hawaii. This place is all about the location! Beautiful sunsets every day. The grounds are gorgeous. The condo was very clean. Could use some updating and the twin beds are fine for kids, but not great for adults due to old box springs. The price was great for this amazing location.

Location location location

As you can see from the photos, the location of this property could not be better. We enjoyed watching and listening to the ocean for hours.

Great Oceanside Property

This property has everything you'll need for a great Hawaii vacation stay. Everything was as advertised. The unit could use some updating, but overall, we loved the unit. Grocery shopping just a short five-minute drive away and an awesome farmers market near the grocery store on Saturday mornings. The complex grounds were beautiful, and we would book this unit for any future stays in Kona.

Great location but so-so townhouse

We rented 2 townhouses in the same location. Both were oceanfront. This townhouse was not updated and was shabbier than the other (#187).

This unit is above average in overall condition and amenities although the carpet is getting a bit tired. Knutson and Assoc does a good job with management details.

Home away from Home, but BETTER!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The accomodations were just perfect for my daughter and I. Everything we needed was in the condo. Our unit was right on the coast and our lanai and my bedroom faced the water. I started my day with a cup (or two) of coffee on the lanai and ended my day with the sound of the waves drifting me off to sleep. The location is also perfect. Far enough away from town so it's peaceful and quiet but close enough to get anywhere or anything you need in 15 minutes or less. I would return to the property if I came back to the Kona area.

Great place for our family right on ocean

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When looking for this place what sold us was the twin beds for our twins in second bedroom as most have a queen. It was right on ocean amazing sunsets and our daughter used the hideabed. The complex has a great pool and is a 10 minute walk to a great snorkeling beach and we did surfing lessons on the same beach. White sandy beautiful beaches are 30 min to an hour drive away. It's like 7 minutes to town and 15 minutes to Costco. There is also a grocery store a minute away. The condo was well equipped in kitchen and had cooler, Boogie boards chairs and snorkeling equipment for beach which was an awesome bonus. Check in was easy. Would definitely stay again

A Relaxing Vacation In Paradise

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We returned to this unit for a second time. The property is located to all goods and services one needs. The pool is big and wide and not crowded. We enjoyed our nightly Sit Down With beautiful sunsets. The kitchen is stocked with every needed device to aid our daily cooking. Blake is one of the best managers we have come across in our travels. The unit is priced right and fit all our needs. Caution, the upstairs requires some strategic planning to keep it cool....open and closing windows, using fans and drapes. If you need super cool, a different place would be best. We are booked for next year once again. This is now our go to place.

Location Location Location

This end unit location has beautiful ocean views from several rooms. There is no beach but a gorgeous lava rock wall. There is a pool, tennis and pickle ball courts. The grounds are very well maintained. There is a small shopping center within walking distance with a grocery store and a couple of restaurants. The condo was well equipped, plenty of dishes, pots, pans, and appliances. The washer and dryer are located outside in an attached locked shed. The master bedroom bed was perfect. The other room had two beds that were ok, the kids said they were a little soft and bouncy. We completely enjoyed our stay but if you are the type to prefer that everything is brand new and perfect, you might not. The upstairs bathroom could use a little refresh. It wasn’t anything that stopped us from having great stay. It reminded me of staying at a friend’s place, that happens to be in the middle of paradise.

Needs renovation

The unit was clean, and the main floor was more than adequate. The upstairs however left a lot to be desired. The carpets are past their prime and have substantial bulges that pose a tripping hazard. The upstairs bathroom could certainly benefit from a makeover. Although the bathtub was clean, the discolouration made it unattractive to use, so we only used the shower on the main floor which was fine. The lanai also was disappointing. The carpet outside the patio doors was very old and in bad repair. A screen had come off the patio door at some point in the past and was lying on the ground in the corner of the lanai, along with the table umbrella. The location of this unit is superb (just yards from the ocean) but the condition of the lanai detracted from the enjoyment.

Nice location, enjoyed our stay

We generally enjoyed our stay at this condo. It had very attractive grounds with nice maintenance of everything. The unit itself had plenty of dishes and silverware, which was different from some of the other units in the complex. We found the staff responsive to our requests, and the oceanfront location was really nice. The inside was a bit dated, but we didn’t really mind. It was good for the price. Having AC is extremely helpful and it worked really well. It was very nice to have beach towels provided and have a washing machine at the unit. We enjoyed the complex and played drop-in pickleball with other visitors from 8 to 9:30 AM every morning. We also used the tennis courts in the pool extensively. You could walk to a private beach which was really nice. The only downside that we found was there wasn’t enough toilet paper provided. I would think at the price point they would provide more toilet paper and not be stingy on this resource. You might want to bring some of your own if you book here. Also, we were absolutely stunned that the company that handles the booking of this unit was not able to provide a map of the compound before our stay. I got the sense that they manage thousands of units in dozens of states and they don’t even know what state you’re in. If they had any true connection to this unit, they would easily be able to provide a map of the compound (showing where this unit is located) which is located in the binder in the unit itself.

Kitchen and bathrooms were clean as were the linens but the condo needs a deep cleaning, i.e., top of fridge, under beds and inside drawers and cupboards. Some dishes are chipped and many kitchen cabinet doors don't close properly. Host was excellent. The location, the grounds and buildings, and the pool were all excellent. Blake Kessner was always quick to respond to our questions. Check-in was easy. We would choose this property in the future and recommend it to friends.

Lovely vacation spot

The location of the unit is wonderful. The management folks were responsive and a pleasure to work with. The unit is dated and in need of some attention, but it was comfortable and well stocked. It has AC, but we never needed it.

Home away from home

We enjoyed our stay. The pool was close. Walking distance from beautiful beaches with beautiful sea life. Even swan with a turtle. Definitely will book again in our next visit

Storm Doors

Arriving, we found the 'Storm Doors' up and a 2" cockroach in the kitchen, which I killed. This condo has large, storm doors that are erected anytime there is high surf.These doors completely block your view of the ocean in the living room and kitchen. These doors were up the entire next day. They were taken down the day after that. The following week they were up again for a day due to high surf warning (the ocean was calm).On Day 2 there was a fly hatch-out, with 10-12 house flies buzzing about. After swatting them all that day, the same thing occurred on Day 3, with a similar fly swatting session ensuing. (Condo does not come with a fly swatter)We had a water leak under the kitchen sink which wasn't fixed until two days later due to a complex-wide water shutdown the day the leak was discovered. About halfway thru the trip, a smoke detector in the master bedroom began to 'chirp' in the middle of the night due to a low battery. The patio set, which is old, with legs of the chairs rusting away is completely missing a fourth chair. The upstairs shower doors are so old they barely function and make you wonder if they will fall out when moved.The window in the bathroom does not stay open and will slam shut intermittently.The headboards to the twin beds upstairs are connected to nothing and fall over when the beds are moved. The condo is 920 sq feet. Divided by two floors, this place is small!Beds are very uncomfortable.Mngmt responded to texts quickly.

Beautiful sunsets

Another great thing that this rental has is air conditioning in every room. There are a few things that do need upgrades which I included to management when they asked.
