Beautiful Townhouse by the Sea

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The house was well maintained, clean, and had a great kitchen with everything a family needs for a week. Great location for us during the Queen's Race with groceries and restaurants nearby. Easy driving to Kona and Honaunau.

We stayed for 5 days and place was great. The air conditioner worked wonders, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, and the views of the ocean was amazing.

Great location to get around island. Very quiet, and peaceful area. A C worked great, comfortable beds, enjoyed hearing ocean at night, communication with property manager was fast and easy. The stairs going to the bedrooms are a little difficult if you have mobility issues.

Property is at an amazing location and has everything needed for an enjoyable stay. The amenities around the property have things for everyone. Property management was quick to respond and communicated very well.

Good location - nice complex, quiet but still close to amenities and attractions. Very much appreciated having the A/C for sleeping. Ocean view was lovely.

Perfect - family of 4

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an amazing stay at this condo. We sat on the lanai every chance we got. The sound of the waves and the view of the ocean was incredible. There were enough beach chairs for all of us as well as a cooler that we used when we we would go to beach. There is also snorkel gear, beach umbrellas, tennis rackets, etc. for you to use. The kitchen had everything we needed including a Brita pitcher for our water. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioner worked great in the bedrooms. The only tiny negative was the seating in the living room - couch was comfy but the other two chairs were not - hard for the 4 of us to hang about and visit inside. But again, we were out playing so much that it didn’t really matter. I would book this place again without any hesitation!

Kona stay

We really enjoyed the location. It was great sitting on the lanai and watching waves, whales, and manta rays.

Home away from home

We enjoyed our stay. The pool was close. Walking distance from beautiful beaches with beautiful sea life. Even swan with a turtle. Definitely will book again in our next visit

Air conditioning worked great, very comfortable temperature for relaxing after being in the heat all day and sleeping at night. Property management company was very responsive. Kitchen was well equipped with multiple small appliances. Grounds of complex were beautifully maintained and very attractive. Laundry shed was a great added bonus.

Amazing view!

We enjoyed our stay! It has an amazing view! The upstairs gets a little warm at night but the open windows and fans help.

Amazing Location

Truly a wonderful stay in Hawaii. This place is all about the location! Beautiful sunsets every day. The grounds are gorgeous. The condo was very clean. Could use some updating and the twin beds are fine for kids, but not great for adults due to old box springs. The price was great for this amazing location.

Lovely vacation spot

The location of the unit is wonderful. The management folks were responsive and a pleasure to work with. The unit is dated and in need of some attention, but it was comfortable and well stocked. It has AC, but we never needed it.

The property is beautiful. fantastic location. The place has everything you need.Very clean, could use some updates, but what it lacked in updates it fulfilled everywhere else. Had a wonderful time
