Apollo Beach Waterfront Pool home, 4 bedroom-4 private baths. Theater room has a full size murphy bed for 5th bedroom. Game room - pool table, shuffleboard table, foosball, darts & air hockey. Private pool/hot tub overlooks the water. Access to all floors 6000 sq ft with elevator! Enjoy kayaks, paddle boards, fish from the dock or book a private boat charter with owner. Apollo Beach is 1/2 a mile away! Bahia Beach with two restaurants and EG Simmons Beach- 20 minutes away. Three restaurants, Cigar Bar, Bakery and Coffee/Ice cream shop is within walking distance of the home. Bring your boat to dock at the house, Apollo Beach Marina, ramp/bait- 3 min. away. The home is an animal-free zone due to severe allergies.

Great for groups

Great for large groups. Very well equipped with things for activities. The landlords are friendly and worked hard to accommodate us over the Christmas holiday.

Family Vacation

We came to Florida to celebrate our daughter’s Sweet 16 bday which ended up turning into a full family vacation. From the time we opened the door and saw the elegant design and setup of the house to the beautiful view overlooking the water. Each room was more than adequately accommodating to our needs. With an impressive balcony view for the primary bedroom. We enjoyed the outdoor setup utilized the kayaks and truly enjoyed the low key quite atmosphere the dining around the area and convenience of everything located within a short drive.

Spring break 2024

Very spacious and great amenities for our adult group of family. Hosts are gracious and welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed this property for our group and recommend others to check it out!

Great Gathering

This house had everything you could want for a large group of friends to gather. The game room was set up well, with plenty of activities for everyone to gather and be comfortable. The pool/hot tub was clean and relaxing after a day out kayaking, which are provided on the property. The dock was a plus as we were able to launch and keep the boat accessible at any time. The house accommodations were clean, comfortable and plentiful. Each room provided significant space for attendees.

Great place for a family getaway

Loved the size of the kitchen and living room area. It was the perfect space to have our whole family hang out while cooking or just hanging out. We didn't have the warmest weather during our trip so the theater and game room were wonderful features that kept everyone busy. Plenty of great restaurants to enjoy nearby as well. Host was easy and quick to communicate with when I had any questions.

Great family vacation

Owners very responsive to minimal issues. Everyone enjoyed the house and amenities. We had 6 adults and 4 kids ranging from 19 months to 9 years and the expanse of the house was perfect.

Perfect accommodating house

This house is absolutely beautiful and accommodated everything we needed for a group of friends working in the tampa area for a weekend. It overlooks the water, close to good food, plenty of room for everyone to be completely comfortable. The game room made for a lot of fun when the work day was over as well as the pool. The host was very responsive and helpful. I would recommend this house to anyone and would love to visit again someday.

Great long weekend

Stayed at Lay Low over Labor Day weekend. House is better than the pictures, great communication from owners, gameroom was great and outside areas were perfect. A great place for a vacation. Highly recommend.

Great Family Vacation Home

Great vacation spot four our family ranging from age 10 months to 80 years. The house is very clean, spacious and well equipped. The bedrooms and bathrooms are large and fully stocked. There is a great game room as well as theater room. The pool was clean and the dock easily accessible. There is fishing equipment, 4 kayaks, and 2 paddle boards. Apollo beach is a quaint community and boaters paradise. The owners are very helpful and responded to questions immediately. We were also able to book a guided boat tour with them on the channel. I would highly recommend a vacation in their home and would love to take my family back!

Mom’s 80th Birthday

We celebrated our mom’s 80th birthday party at this beautiful home. Family came from North Carolina, Arkansas, Indiana and Florida, all from 44-80 years of age. The home fit every want and need. Absolutely set up perfectly and will definitely rent again! Thank you Mary for going out of your way to accommodate us!

Great home with lots of things for people to do

We were a group of 8. At this home you have access to 3 restaurants to walk to, game room downstairs with hours of entertainment, theater room and paddle boards and kayaks. Hosts were great to work with

We had an awesome time. The hosts were outstanding.

When we had minor problems they handled it right away. The house is better than the pictures display. We had 25 people one day and we did not feel crowded. APlus no negatives. Best game room we ever saw. We miss it already. Great hosts.

Amazing girls trip

This is a beautiful home with amazing owners. We kept saying during our trip that they have everything you could ever need in this home. We had an enjoyable trip as a girls trip but this house would also make a wonderful place to stay for a family. The game room had so much to do for all ages, plus the pool, and you are right on the waterway for water activities. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

A wonderful getaway

The accommodations are really nice. The area is safe and relaxing. We very much enjoyed the kayaks. The game room down stairs was a very nice bonus for our teenagers that were with us. Mary was very communicative and helpful. Nice lady. We would definitely recommend and would stay again. Thank you, Mary.

Fabulous

This was the perfect place for a family vacation. We felt very safe and the house was spacious so each family had their privacy and own bathroom. We made good use of the swimming pool, game room and kayaks. Fun and relaxing vacation- thank you Mary!

Beautiful house in a nice quiet neighborhood

Overall nice property, rooms were large and had their own bathrooms, game room downstairs was fun to hangout in, the theater room was fun to sit back like your in a movie theater. Owners were easy to communicate with.
