Very nice and cozy place. We had an unusual vacation with a lot of problems and one of the neighbors Tom Kessler was very helpful. We will be back to there.

This was the perfect place to stay with my family of adult children and their friends for fallfest. It was close enough to town to walk and far enough away from the business and quiet. The townhouse itself it beautifully done, plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable. We appreciated that there was plenty dishes, cutlery and glasses for a full house, loved both the upstairs and downstairs living space, and the kitchen table big enough for all 7 of us to eat together. Excellent place, would definitely stay again.

Had a getaway weekend with family and friends and stayed at this property. Checkin/ out process was simple and quick. Property manager promptly responded to questions prior to the trip. Also, responded and resolved while at the property.Was 15 min walk from Ellicottville Main Street which we liked. We would likely use this property again at this location.
