Fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, our apartment includes dedicated (not shared) wireless Internet, an LED TV, a nicely equipped kitchen, a 4-piece bathroom, and a very comfortable queen bed with linens and towels. The den is equipped with a twin bed, providing additional sleeping space for guests. Surface parking is just steps from the door, making it easy to come and go.

Enjoy the privacy and convenience of renting this entire condominium for your stay. With a separate entrance, you have complete access to all areas of the property, making it feel like your own home. This is the perfect option for those looking for a private, self-contained space during their travels.

Welcome to our rental! We are committed to providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all of our guests. In order to ensure the cleanliness and comfort of our rental, we ask that you leave your street footwear at the main entrance of your suite.

Our check-in hours are from 3:00pm to 9:00pm, and checkout is at 10:00 am. To ensure a peaceful and restful environment for all of our guests, we have quiet time from 10:00pm to 9:00am on weekdays and from 11:00pm to 10:00am on weekends.

We appreciate respectful and courteous guests and have a zero tolerance policy towards arrogant and mean behavior. We hope you will join us and enjoy a pleasant and respectful stay in our rental. Thank you for choosing to stay with us.

We will meet at the property and walk them through the suite for check in. Host will verify photo ID of all guests and issue keys. You will be given a brief orientation of the suite and the neighborhood.

Was a nice stay! Felt at home

It was nice and had air conditioning and everything you need away from home. Quiet street area and right by a grocery store as well.

My unique stay.

This was my first stay at a VRBO facility. The facility is very near to Edmonton Mall but the street is so quiet. I enjoyed the quiet and the warm decor of the room. Mr and Mrs Marcotte have done a lot to make an inviting atmosphere. My only drawback is I had to climb some stairs and I have trouble with my knees.
