Lighthouse Stay

This was the perfect family-friendly spot. I had a wonderful stay! The house was perfect for our group of 7 people. The mosquitoes did get bad, so we brought bug spray. The house was centrally located. The view of Conn Brown Harbor is excellent and located less than 2 minutes away.

We loved it ,we felt at home . We stayed Friday-Sunday . Enjoyed a little bit of the ocean life ,night life ..Perfect location for a small get together. We did have some internet issues …so you might want to bring a hot spot ,.

Good but bad neighbors

The stay was great, close to boat ramp, the house was close to everything but also felt like we weren’t in town which was nice and felt secluded. Only 2 neighbors, unfortunately the closest neighbor were not great. They played music all night right next to the bedroom window very loud and cared very little about causing noise. Woke up our baby! Other then that it was very very nice and we loved it.

Not impressed!

The owner left her dirty clothes in the corner. Dogs next door start barking around 7 a.m. and stop right around 10 p.m. House is not in a nice area at all. Yard was tall and full of weeds. For the price, I’ve stayed at a lot nicer places.

Bring bug spray

We stayed here when the temp was still cool enough that most places would not have mosquitos, but there were a few already here. There is undeveloped land with tall grass and bushes around this area, and puddles of standing water in the vicinity so I can imagine what they'll be like in the summer. This place was really great though. Super convenient to Conn Brown, plenty of space for a family (we were 4), and not too difficult to get a boat trailer in the drive.

Family Friendly Getaway

House was a great location for easy access to either Rockport or Port Aransas. It was cozy and beautifully decorated, but not so fancy that you would be uncomfortable having your family there. We had plenty of space for all nine of us to relax and rest for our days out on the beach.

Father Son Fishing weekend

We were very pleased with this place. It was everything that they said it was and more. Perfect place for family or fishing group. House we very clean, beds were comfortable and the overall set up was perfect for us. I would definitely stay here on my next trip to the coast....

Family getaway

Recently stayed with my family at this house, enjoyed the clean ample space the house provided. the well kept yard was excellent! Plenty of parking space too.
