Such a beautiful place to stay!

We absolutely loved Sol Escape! The house was beautiful, spacious, and had everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable, and the house was well equipped with all the essentials. We especially enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and rooftop deck! Such a great space to relax, hang out, and enjoy time together. There was plenty of room for everyone, and we felt right at home. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely love to come back!

Relaxing getaway

We spent 4 nights at Sol Escape and had a lovely time! The host is friendly and very quick in responding. We enjoyed the heated pool, close beach access, and proximity to the supermarket. The house was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. We definitely recommend staying here!

Great stay for the family.

Family had a great time visiting. House was clean and had everything we needed. Very close to the grocery store which is a plus.

Great trip

We loved stay at Sol Escape. Pool and hot tub were amazing. Beach views, awesome decks, short walk to the beach and house was very clean. Would definitely book again.

Quiet and easy beach access

Loved watching the waves from the living room, kids loves the heated pool, loved all the seating in the living room and dining table.

Sol escape.. paradise!

What a perfect home for our getaway!! Steps from the beach access; heavenly pool: great hot tub. About a mile to a grocery store! We enjoyed feeding the turtles over on the bridge. The Avon pier is a short walk away! Will stay again!!

Beach Vacation 2023

This house is everything that you see in the pics. Loved the location, the pool and the set-up of the house. We really enjoyed our stay. Weather was fantastic. This is a dog- friendly house which makes it even better! Would definitely recommend it to friends and family.

GREAT PLACE

SOL ESCAPE IS PERFECT! A wonderful place to spend a few days with the family. Excellent location. Spacious, comfortable, clean, well equipped house. Unbeatable beach, wonderful pool. Highly recommended. Suggestion: improve the TV connection.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Perfect Beach Getaway!

We had an amazing stay at this beach house! Just one block from the shore, it was the perfect location for peaceful beach walks and soaking in the coastal vibe. The house itself had everything we could possibly need—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked. The locals were incredibly friendly; we found ourselves striking up conversations everywhere we went. Our dogs also had the best time running along the beach! It was the perfect escape for a relaxing two-night stay. We can’t wait to come back!

Family and dog friendly OBX oasis!

Our family of 6 enjoyed a long weekend at Sol Escape and it was everything we could have wanted and then some! The house was super clean, the pool and hot tub are amazing, and the beach access was across just the street. So happy to find such a great a dog friendly rental in OBX. Our pooch enjoyed playing in the ocean waves and then coming home to relax and sunbathe on the top deck. Highly recommend this house!

Awesome

The house had plenty of space for everyone. Great to have the pool downstairs. Lots of towels for the beach and pool, as well. Basketball hoop was great to have there along with the additional beach chairs.

Great Family House!

The house worked well for a family of 6 and a 3 year old.Great that it is dog friendly. The beds were very comfy. The heated pool and hot tub were most enjoyable, as Hurricane Lee kept us out of the surf.We enjoyed the views from the top deck of the 10-15' waves.Also enjoyed the screened in porch. Kate was very responsive. Would suggest need more kitchen pantry space.

Our family vacation at Sol Escape

This was our second year vacationing as a family at Sol Escape. Last year was incredible…this year was even better! The house is perfectly located right across the street from the beach. House was clean and the owner goes out of her way to make sure we have everything we need. My only complaint is that it ended to quickly.

Stunning Views Amazing House

I could write pages and pages about everything I love about the location the views the home and the property owners! This is a vacation we will never forget! The property owners were amazing the house was amazing and very very clean everything you could possibly need or what was right there! Our family ages range from 7 years old to 77 years old and none of us have one complaint or one bad thing that we could possibly say. The worst part about renting this property is when it's time to leave!

Perfect for family

We all loved this place. If ocean was too rough you could come back and swim in pool! And for the toddler Mom could put her for nap and sit at pool While she slept. Stairs were a bit exhausting but once you get home they make you want to work out still lol. Very clean and well taken care of. Short walk to beach

Location!

We have stayed in several homes in the OBX area and this one was the best location - easy walk to the beach. House was as described - had everything you would need for a vacation week. The pool was fantastic and someone (a company) came to clean and test while we were there. It was the perfect temperature! We had such a good time that wanted to extend our stay but sadly it was booked immediately following us. Communication with the prop manager (Kate) was super easy and She was always very quick To reply which is always great. Check in and check out was easy and painless.

Good location. House needs some maintenance on things like outlets, doors that lock, screens that stay on track and close. Dishwasher needs to be replaced as it is old and does not adequately clean dishes. As for cleanliness, high touch services were clean, but other areas of house need a good cleaning. Dirty doors and baseboards.

Great home, location and amenities

Lovely home in a nice community at the beautiful outer banks. The home has all you need to be comfortable and enjoy your time away. Clean with comfortable beds, kitchen necessities, 2 fridges, washer/dryer, working grill, hot tub and pool. All very nice and enjoyable to use. Very short walk to lovely beach, restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores. Home has great views of the ocean even though it is not an ocean front home. There is a roof top level platform/bench for additional great views, especially of the stars at night. Excellent communication available with property manager. Highly recommend.

Wonderful Vacation

Being the first time I have ever rented someone's vacation home, I was skeptical. But Sol Escape immediately put my skepticism to rest. From the moment we walked in the door, we got the feeling we were in our own home. It was exceptionally clean and every need we looked for was there. From the multi-use coffee pot to the beach towels, from the griddle for pancakes to the board games for rainy days, much thought has gone into this home. The only thing missing, and this is not a big deal, was ice. We had ten people with us but there was no ice maker, only ice trays. So we had to buy ice. But this did not hinder our very enjoyable stay. From the hot tub to the pool and then to the beach this home is highly recommended.
