Dancing Dolphin: Just two lots from the ocean, this dog-friendly 4-bedroom Avon home pairs easy beach access with ocean views, a private hot tub, community pool, and expansive decks.

If you're looking to relax near the sparkling ocean, Dancing Dolphin is the house for you. This lovely, oceanside, four-bedroom home has fabulous wrap-around porches, a screened dining deck, and a rooftop sundeck for your ocean-viewing pleasure. Situated two lots back from the ocean, Dancing Dolphin provides easy beach access as well.
Family and friends will love it here, as well as furry companions, who are welcome for a nightly fee. Spend your mornings on the sand, your afternoons cooking your fresh catch on the grill, and your evenings unwinding in the private hot tub. (The hot tub is enclosed in a screened porch for privacy and all-weather availability.)

For indoor entertainment, there are three cable TVs and an extensive DVD collection for both kids and adults. A new media room/virtual office creates a space for both focus and fun. Snacks and homemade dishes can be made in the well stocked kitchen. The home is within walking distance to numerous restaurants, ice cream shops, and bait /tackle shops.

There's plenty of room for everyone with four bedrooms and a den. Two of the bedrooms, a king and a queen, are primary bedrooms with private bathrooms. The third bedroom has a double and a queen bed and the fourth offers a double and a single bed. The den includes a double futon and a video library for everyone to enjoy. There's also a workstation desk area available for the traveling professional.

Community Amenities: The Club Hatteras Community Pool and Playground are located at 41156 NC Hwy 12 Avon, NC 27915. The pool is generally open seasonally. Please note that the operation of community pool dates and times may vary dependent on weather and pool management companies.

Beach Access: Just a short walk from the house! Head toward the ocean along Beachcomber Drive and follow the nearby pedestrian beach access path over the dunes. The access is conveniently located just steps from the home, making trips to and from the beach quick and easy.

Around Avon Village: There's plenty to enjoy beyond the beach! Grab fresh local seafood, browse locally owned shops, or cast a line from the historic Avon Fishing Pier. Outdoor enthusiasts can take advantage of nearby ORV beach access ramps or head to the Haulover Day Use Area for easy sound access, watersports, and beautiful views across the Pamlico Sound.

With a little bit of everything, this is a wonderful house where you can bask in the simplicities of life at the beach.
