Welcome Aboard the Kathleen Marie!

Unique accommodations on a comfortably equipped 43 foot Hatteras yacht, just a 5 minute drive to historic downtown Annapolis and the Naval Academy. 15 minute drive to the Navy Stadium, 15 minutes drive to Rt 50. THIS LISTING IS FOR ACCOMODATIONS ONLY! THE BOAT MAY NOT BE DRIVEN!
Forward cabin has bunk beds. Aft cabin has a queen bed. Fully equipped galley (kitchen) with 2-burner cook top, microwave/oven, fridge, toaster oven and Keurig. Boat has WIFI, heat, AC and hot water!

The kitchen is not really equipped for serious cooking, but it handles warming up leftovers very well. It’s a boat, so everything is a little cramped, but it’s a nicely-maintained boat in a beautiful setting in a nice marina. Parking is easy, the bathroom facilities at the marina office are clean and convenient, and there are a washer and dryer available (bring some laundry detergent). It’s a great base for visiting Annapolis.

The Kathleen Marie was clean and cozy and you can't beat the view. Lena was very responsive to our questions and couldn't have been more hospitable. We look forward to staying here whenever we come to Annapolis.

Stayed onboard for Parents Weekend at the Naval Academy and it was the perfect spot for this since my pleb just wanted to relax during their liberty.

Despite the rainy weather, my husband and I enjoyed the Kathleen Marie for our 27th wedding anniversary. Our host was amazing and available for any questions we had. We will definitely book again.

Unique experience with modern amenities. Walking distance to good restaurants. A little longer walk to Annapolis City Dock area. Gorgeous views of the Chesapeake Bay Bridge and boat watching.

Fun Fall Weekend Stay

We really enjoyed our weekend on this boat - the views of the water from the upper decks are great. A very comfortable boat - the aft stateroom is quite large.

We stayed here for two nights with four adults and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The boat was exceptionally well equipped, with everything we needed and more. It was very clean and offered a surprisingly spacious and comfortable living area overall.The master bedroom was generous and very comfortable. The second bedroom with the bunk beds was quite compact for two adults, though having a full bathroom for each bedroom was a wonderful feature and made the stay much more convenient.The highlight for us was definitely the outdoor seating area with its stunning direct waterfront view. Sitting outside with our morning coffee or an evening nightcap while watching the boats come and go was absolutely glorious and incredibly relaxing.The marina itself was very well maintained and offered modern, private bathrooms, which was an added bonus. We also appreciated the coffee kiosk nearby. Restaurants and a mini market were all within easy walking distance, making everything very convenient.We would come back in a heartbeat and would happily stay here again.

My husband and I wanted to enjoy our wedding anniversary doing something different. Spending two nights upon the Kathleen Marie was a fun and awesome experience! Our host, Lena, made our stay welcoming and was exceptionally responsive to all of our questions and needs. She truly went above and beyond. We would highly recommend enjoying a vacation aboard the Kathleen Marie!

Anniversary Get Away

A wonderful stay on the kathleen Marie…enjoyed hanging on the boat sunrises and sunsets were amazing ! The boat was clean and host was very nice even let us check in early! The town has some of the best restaurants and everyone at the marina was friendly ! Can’t wait to do it again!

Exactly what we needed

Kathrine Marie was an excellent ending to an east Coast baseball trip. As a fellow VRBO owner, I appreciate those hosts that let you check in early if the property is available. Perfect location and a friendly host. Property is just as described in the listing.

Boat getaway

We had such a relaxing time on the boat. Conveniently located within walking distance to eateries and historic downtown. We really enjoyed our stay. The boat was very clean and comfortable for the two of us. Really enjoyed the location within the marina no one was behind us so we could enjoy our coffee and drinks watching the sailboats and others go by.

Annapolis Boat Show!

We stayed in the boat while in town for the Annapolis boat show. It is a perfect location with a water taxi that will pick you up on the dock just behind the boat! The best seafood you will ever find is in walking distance. Annapolis is a beautiful, charming town to visit. Highly recommend, and just as described!

Relaxing

The boat was beautiful and exactly like the pictures The weather could not have been better Sitting on the back, watching boats, sipping coffee while watching the sunrise was the best.
