Looking for a peaceful waterfront, floating experience on the Chesapeake Bay? Julia’s Arc has got you covered. Easy access to the boat at high or low tides from a 5 foot wide floating dock. Well protected in the marina and yet right next to beach, waterfowl and the nautical life. Come to relax, come to celebrate, bring your kids or getaway for a romantic celebration. Only 20 minutes to Annapolis, 50 minutes to Chestertown, 45 minutes to Easton, St. Micheals and Oxford. With a full galley that any chef would be pleased with, you can cook up a feast or throw an intimate party. Some even come for work. The wifi signal is fast enough to stream your favorite shows and games or a work video call. Come restore your peace, restore your balance you won’t be sorry.

We loved our stay on Julia’s Arc. The entire process from check in to check out was smooth. The property is clean, charming and has everything needed, including spices for cooking. The bed was comfortable.

Such a unique experience, property is very well appointed and beautifully decorated. Tiki beach bar is a quick walk away. Lots of fun things to do near by. Parking was easy, accessing the boat was easy. Had a lovely visit and would highly recommend!

What a sweet Houseboat. Very clean. Had all supplies you could need. The bed was comfortable. I would say that you should bring your sleep mask if light wakes you up. Quiet area...made for relaxing. Air conditioning worked well. Great pressure in the shower.

First time staying on a boat house and we loved it! It was clean and had all necessities. We grilled by the private beach one night and there was even a tote with supplies and charcoal ready to go on the porch. Had very hot weather on our last day, and the AC kept up fine. Enjoyed seeing the boats come and go during the day, and the peaceful nights on the porch and rooftop. Easily could have staying longer.

I have stayed at many places over the years. This would be my favorite place. The view and the location was unbelievable. We were in town for a wedding and our host let us check in early to accommodate the wedding schedule. I would definitely recommend this house boat to anyone that wants a unique and relaxing experience.

The houseboat was an absolute dream. We loved everything about it and really enjoyed our two night stay. Julia has thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. It was immaculate, well stocked and all the decor was beautiful. We would love to come back.

This was a terrific experience. The house boat was extremely clean and well taken care of. The host was proactive with terrific communication. She was upfront with the care and expectations of the stay. It was well stocked, perfect for cooking and enjoying the views from the boat. We are already looking at the available dates to return.

I am a Covid 19 retired Pediatric ER physician living my second career. I love the water and have spent many miles sailing in the Bay and all over the world. My daughter and grandsons live in Easton, MD. I am trying to leave them with at least a little legacy and not burden them in my old age. So I am creating equity by renting out my home and this vacation home when I’m not there. I have to admit it was a fun creative project to renovate this boat and I love sharing it with my guests.

It has been decorated to reflect the uniqueness of the Mid and Eastern Shore of Maryland. I like to call it Nautical Farmhouse. The marina has many fishing charter boats and a water front restaurant. It also has its own private beach.
