Fully renovated ocean front unit directly facing the Gulf of Mexico with spectacular panoramic views of the Emerald Coast. Large master suite with private bathroom, and Gulf view. 2nd bedroom with comfortable beds, and guest bath. Full kitchen.

Enjoy complimentary Cable, High Speed WiFi, beach chairs and umbrella included in the unit.

Breath taking gulf views from living room as well as master bedroom. Miles of white-sand beaches is right in front of you, just step out to the beach from the resort, no street to cross.

We provide our cell-phone, as well as our cleaners to our confirmed guests. We are also enrolled in the on-site maintenance program of our resort, so our guests will not experience any problems.

Pelican Beach is right on the beach with no streets to cross. Just walk out to the beach from the resort. It's conveniently located close to beautiful Destin attractions like Henderson Beach State Park, Big Kahuna Water Park, and many restaurants, shops and grocery stores are within walking distance.

This was an excellent place to stay and enjoy the Destin beach and surrounding area! The views were spectacular and the accommodations were as well. It will definitely be on our list to visit again in the future. The hosts kept in contact with us to ensure everything was perfect for us and that we lacked for nothing!! Peaceful and quiet and near any and everything, who could ask for more!!!

Loved the location and the view. The resort had a lot to do with the many swimming pools and hot tub. Great location with wonderful access to the beach. All in all it was a great vacation resort and we hope to be back soon!

Great communication with the owners, very clean and easy check in. Having food and beverages on site was a plus and reasonably priced. Bonus points for the beach service! The only thing we missed was having access to beach or pool towels so pack some thin towels. We would book here again! Go on the sea blaster dolphin late cruise. A total blast!!

Perfect Weekend Getaway

The condo was stunning! Perfect for my family of 4. The views were breathtaking and the balcony allows for a great view of the sunrise. This is also a great place for an extended stay.

The condo was clean and the balcony view was wonderful. Beds were good. TV in living room didn't work, but was fixed the last day. Some electrical outlets didn't work. The dishwasher smelled awful and we couldn't get it started before we left. One of the beach chairs straps for the backpack part were torn, so couldn't use that option. The key code we tried to put in ourselves didn't work. Small packages of soap for bathrooms, but did last for the 2.5 days we were there. Great location. Lots of traffic in Destin. Make reservations at restaurants before you go as some are hard to get into.

Great location

The condo was great. Beach was beautiful. And owners were wonderful and informative to work with. We'd definitely stay here again.

Well kept condo with multiple pools and close proximity to everything

We enjoyed staying in this condo. The condo is well kept and could easily hold a family of four with small children. The condo is centrally located and is close to everything you could want to do in Destin. The pool and beach access at the condo are also great.
