The room was beautiful and so clean. The balcony faced towards the east so we could watch the sunrise every morning! The host was very helpful and communication was great through the whole process! We look forward to visiting again!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this condo! Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The condo was beautiful, cozy, and had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The location was great, and the entire experience was smooth from check-in to check-out.The host was wonderful, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable place to stay!

This was an excellent place to stay and enjoy the Destin beach and surrounding area! The views were spectacular and the accommodations were as well. It will definitely be on our list to visit again in the future. The hosts kept in contact with us to ensure everything was perfect for us and that we lacked for nothing!! Peaceful and quiet and near any and everything, who could ask for more!!!

Wonderful Stay! Highly Recommend!We had a great stay! The host was absolutely wonderful and very communicative, checking in with us throughout our stay to make sure everything was going well. The view was incredible. The property was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed. There were plenty of pillows and blankets, and the kitchen had everything we needed to feel right at home.The pools were great, the service was excellent, and the food was delicious! Everything made our stay enjoyable, and we really appreciated how attentive the host was. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to stay, and we would love to come back again!

This was our second stay in this unit and it’s our favorite. Host is very communicative and welcoming. The unit is nice and clean very updated to others. Perfect view and all the amenities you will need. Highly recommended. Thank you

Loved the location and the view. The resort had a lot to do with the many swimming pools and hot tub. Great location with wonderful access to the beach. All in all it was a great vacation resort and we hope to be back soon!

Condo was nice. Make sure you reserve chairs on beach at least a few days in advance if you plan on sitting on the beach near water. I was very disappointed we had to sit so far back behind 3 rows of chairs and umbrellas. Also not happy with security allowing certain behavior at the poor and I could not take my grandchildren to pool area at night. Condo and their management was excellent just onsite management was very poor especially security.

We are glad you found our condo nice. Sorry about the noisy people at the pool. Pelican Beach is a very family friendly place, but unruly guests can happen anywhere. Although incidents are not common, Pelican Beach security works very well, and responds to any incidents right away. We provide their number to all our guests, and guests can anonymously report any incident.

Great communication with the owners, very clean and easy check in. Having food and beverages on site was a plus and reasonably priced. Bonus points for the beach service! The only thing we missed was having access to beach or pool towels so pack some thin towels. We would book here again! Go on the sea blaster dolphin late cruise. A total blast!!

Perfect Weekend Getaway

The condo was stunning! Perfect for my family of 4. The views were breathtaking and the balcony allows for a great view of the sunrise. This is also a great place for an extended stay.
