The condo was very nice. The views were great. Catching an afternoon thunderstorm from the balcony was pretty cool. Access to the beach was quick and easy. Location relative to food, groceries, entertainment etc was also great.

Beautiful stay!

The condo was beautiful. The location was great! Saw SO many dolphins this trip. Awesome pool. Great communication with owner- she sent maintenance next day when we had a minor issue. Only complaint is the # of beach chairs chair company.

Great Stay!

Stayed here with my husband and 2 kids and loved our stay! Owner communicated all details of check in and out well in advance and was available for questions. The condo was clean, comfortable and exactly as described. Would love to visit again!

Mom and senior daughters trip

2 moms with 2 high school senior daughters stayed for a little vacation get away before graduation, property and condo were very nice and had everything we needed. Location was close to a lot of things in Destin, either with in walking distance or a short Uber.

Family Spring Break

We enjoyed our stay in Destin so much. The condo was beautiful with amazing views. The condo was the cleanest that we have ever stayed in. There were dolphins right up at the shore on one of our morning walks. It was a great, family friendly area.

Five night stay in Destin

The condo was beautiful and clean and easily held our family. Access to the beach was really easy, right out the door of the building. The beach front was not crowded and it was family friendly. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone staying in Destin!

Family stay

Very nice, reasonably priced and well located place. Excellent pools and beach access which was the main point of our trip. Our kids made great use of the boogie boards provided. Red flag beach days and thunderstorms were part of our trip but that’s out of anyone’s control, but even in the thunderstorms the balcony provided a relaxing and excellent view.Communication with the owner was very responsive. Some things we did not ask about ahead of time and realized when we got there included lack of coffee filters and cooking spray. We made a wal mart run before checking in and realized we should have checked for these things before. Also check in time was listed as 4 but it was actually a window from 4-6 and our condo was not yet ready leaving us killing time at the pool with our luggage still in the car. Overall the litmus test is, if we were to come back to this location would we stay at this place again? The answer is yes.

Perfect beach vacation!

We had a great stay at the Pelican Beach Resort. Sandy's condo was super clean and beautifully decorated! Although, we did lose water for a few hours one day due to a water line break, the resort was quick to repair the issue. We would definitely go back.

High recommend!

Property was very clean and well maintained. Had everything you need. Beach chairs/umbrella would be a nice addition. The beach is fantastic for relaxing and long walks. Great location.

Great Beach Getaway

Just as advertised. Easy check in, beautiful ocean views, convenient to shopping and restaurants. Property was very clean. The Tiki bar had people walking the beach to take drink and food orders or you could go to the bar and order yourself. If you're getting beach chairs, I would call months in advance to get in the first two rows. No chairs or umbrella's allowed past the first row of chairs. If you're in the back row I don't know how you see the ocean. Hope this helps.

Amazing property with great owners!

I had the pleasure of staying in this condo and from the time I booked the location this experience as been amazing! I booked directly from the condo owners and they were so pleasant to work with. The condo looks exactly like the pictures; however, the view from the balcony is even better than the pictures. The condo had everything that we needed for our 4 day stay. Unlike some condos, the linens and towels were actually nice and of good quality. Some condos would claim to be clean, however, this condo was spotless when we arrived. The property is quiet so you don't have to worry about losing sleep over noisy guests. The private beach on the property was nice, a bit crowded at times, but that is to be expected on a beach in Destin. The property is located very close to a grocery store and several places to eat. You can walk to the water park or to the go cart racing place. This is a great property for families or people looking to relax. The owners have kid friendly DVDs and puzzles in the condo , which is a great touch for people with children. I would recommend this particular condo to any and everyone. The condo has upgraded appliances and countertops. The decor is great (not that over the top cheesy beach decor) and even included some personal touches from the owners (which I think makes the condo feel more like home). This condo is great and I will stay there again.

We've quickly become addicted to the beauty and splendor of the gulf coast - we spend time here every October - perfect weather, the Fishing Rodeo and Seafood Festival!
