Private bungalow on a quiet beach - 1 bedroom

This 1-bedroom bungalow is located on the beach near Los Barriles, just 45 minutes North of the Cabo San Lucas airport. The setting is private and quiet. The bungalow is newly constructed with a large covered porch to soak in the amazing Sea of Cortez sunrises and marine life. Enjoy passing whales, kite-surfers, swimming and quiet beach combing . Paddle boards and kayaks are available for guests. Quads are available nearby for rental/delivery during your stay. There is a comfortable queen bed, with air-conditioning and TV in the bedroom. The living room opens onto your secluded porch and bar area. The kitchen faces the beach and offers all the amenities to grill your fresh fish and local produce, and enjoy sipping your margaritas. There is a built-in barbecue available for guest use. Your bathroom offers a rustic stone shower. One of the town's only concrete boat launches is adjacent to the bungalow, and local fishing boats will conveniently pick you up here for your fishing trips. Punta Pescadero Resort is minutes away for your snorkeling adventures. 5 minute quad ride into quaint Los Barriles. Laundry facilities/service available upon request. High speed internet onsite. Airport pickup and drop-off available upon request.

If you enjoy pickleball, Tres Palapas Pickleball Resort is 3 blocks away. Watch a game, and enjoy some morning coffee, a meal, or cocktails on the rooftop with fabulous sunset and Sea of Cortez views.

Time in Los Barriles for a friend’s birthday

We enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for us as we were in between our friends home & town. A quaint bungalow on the Sea of Cortez. Transportation definitely a must.

Beautiful casita perfect for two! Very clean, well stocked, with a comfortable bed. Watched dolphins and jumping rays from the patio. The neighborhood is a way from town and restaurants, so transportation is needed. We rented Mark’s ATV and took outings to the waterfalls and El Cardonal.

On The Beach

Please note the owner's comments about the beach out front. Beautiful but not ideal for entering the water. The owner is very responsive.

Pickle by the sea

We came for the McGuffin pickle camp at tres Palapas. This home is very close to the the Pickleball Club. The home was the perfect size for the two of us. The bed is comfortable!

Ah, peace at last!

We loved this house right away. We had just come from a noisy condo environment not far away, and with the privacy, quiet and beauty of this place I breathed a sigh of relief and dropped into deep relaxation. We took a drink out to the adirondack chairs on the edge overlooking the ocean and watched a sunset with a rainbow in the sky. It was spectacular, and the sound of the water lapping was lovely. The house had everything we needed, the kitchen was well stocked, the house was well appointed, the bed is comfortable, and the evening TV entertainment was as good as home...and we seldom watch TV in the places we stay, but it was a large screen and user friendly for a good movie in the eve. We rented an awesome quad from Mark the owner, loved the proximity to town and Tres Palapas, and also loved the fact that it was still off the beaten path enough for peace with no loud quads on the beach. Noe, the property manager, and Mark, the owner were highly responsive to our needs and so helpful! This is a great place to stay.

Perfecto for couple

This place is great and the host was wonderful! The casa was in a beautiful location and we enjoyed the simplicity of it. It had all we needed and was very comfortable. I hope it stays the way it is! We hope to make this our annual stay.

Peaceful stay

Great property. Beautiful views - we saw whales almost every day from the property. Walking distance to Pickleball. Owner and manager quickly responded to questions and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed.

The bungalow was nice but basic. We were expecting it to be isolated. There was no provision for trash. No provisions for baggage, just the floor. Batteries for one AC unit and the TV were dead and had to buy new ones. Coffee maker hadn’t been cleaned and was moldy. We still had a great time!

Great place with amazing view

What a cozy, comfy place! Very short ATV ride to town. Comfy bed and house has fans and AC so you're always at the right temp. But that view is everything!!! Large deep porch to sit and enjoy amazing sunrises. We saw whales, geckos and a big lizard all while relaxing on the porch. Nice quiet neighborhood. What a great way to spend our 25th anniversary! Host and property manager was always available for any questions.

Wonderful Los Barriles

This casita was perfect for my husband and I. The location is directly on the Sea of Cortez and we were able to go snorkeling and paddle boarding. Watching the sunrise and sunset every day was unforgettable.

Can't wait for the next visit

We had an amazing time at the bungalow. The beach access was perfect for early morning dips in the ocean, or sunrise paddle boarding. The house was perfect for our needs, as was the overall location. Noe the property manager was great to work with and had a wealth of knowledge to keep us connected. The owners, Darlene and Mark, were super great as well, checking in with information before the trip and making sure we had arrived and were enjoying our stay during our trip. We would definitively stay here again!

A great casita

This place was exactly what I was looking for. A very clean and well equipped casita on the Sea of Cortez. Los Barilles was a quick four minute drive with outdoor activities and great restaurants. I would stay in this ocean front casita again.

Private Beachfront Casita!

We have been to Los Barriles for almost every year for the past 8 years. Our stay at this brand new casita was perfect for our needs. The location is in a quite and safe Santa Maria neighborhood, is just a block or two away from the super fun Tres Palapas Pickle Ball Resort, and is very convenient to the North beach and our favorite restaurants in Los Barriles La Casita and Triny’s. The casita is clean and and has all the amenities to make your stay comfortable including a flat screen TV in the bedroom great for Netflix, good internet WiFi service, and a little kitchenette with ocean views. Take advantage of the SUP boards and Kayaks on the property. We also appreciated the washer and dryer as a very convenient bonus. I am a kitesurfer and there was a convenient hose to rinse my gear and space to let it dry. The owners were great and made our entire stay feel very personal. We will definitely be back to Casa Arianna!

We are from Seattle so this is our get-away-from-the-rain refuge, which never fails to provide sunshine, clean beaches, great food/beverages and friendly locals. We are thrilled to share this location with other visitors and friends. "NO BAD DAYS" is the Cabo slogan here and you will see that is the truth here. Enjoy!
