The studio villa is located on the beach in the Villas de Cortez complex, which is situated next door to it’s sister property, the Palmas De Cortez Hotel. You can utilize any of the amenities of the Hotel including the nine hole golf course, spa, tennis courts, charter boat fishing, ATV rentals, kayaking or jet skiing, for a fee.

The villa features a fully equipped kitchen, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, blender, coffee maker, microwave, and toaster oven. Brand new tiled walk in and glass enclosed shower.

This studio villa offers spectacular sunrise views over the Sea of Cortez.

Close to pickleball courts. The pool is nice but not heated so we didn’t use it.

We had a great time at this very clean condo. Everything we needed was available. The location was perfect for beautiful sunrise along with onsite dining at the hotel. We would definitely rebook. Loved Los Barriles!!!

Wonderful condo

Loved the condo and location! the views and sunrises were awesome. What We didn't like was the hidden cleaning fee. I've been booking vrbo for years and never experienced hidden fees. After paying Our total ,3 days before arrival the Owner emailed Us saying We have to leave 45 dollars plus 20 percent tip for the cleaning in cash and pesos only. The groundskeeper stopped Us upon departure to make sure We paid 55 dolars. I told Him The owner told Us 45 dollars and nobody tells Me what to tip although I did leave a nice tip as I always do.

Comfortable Condo

We had a great stay in Los Barriles. The condo was clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the colorful decor - which included art from the area. The condo’s location is ideal with great views. Communication with the owner was excellent.

First time to Los Barilles

We enjoyed our time in the condo very much. We loved the bright fun beach decor. Everything worked and was exactly as stated. View from the balcony was gorgeous! We spent a lot of time there. Saw whales and dolphins with our binoculars. Pool area was wonderful and usually quiet. Definitely recommend.

The location is great, the unit is over decorated but comfortable. Be careful about your ATV outside overnight, they can disappear. But most importantly the owner did not pay the power bill and it was cut in the middle of out stay and with a baby to move was a real pain. On the phone the owner seemed more concerned about why the power went off than out well being. Won't stay in that unit again. There are several other more comfortable.

Gorgeous views

This property is well described and accurately represented. What we couldn’t anticipate from the pictures is how incredibly gorgeous the view was from the deck. Scattered fishing boats moored, and hills in the distance, the sound of the waves, and beautiful colorful ground of various bougainvilleas. Several nights the full moon hit the water and i wish I could share the amazing pics! It was a great pleasure hanging out in the pool area with plenty of chase lounges in the early AM to bring in the day. Janice was very accommodating and very swift in her responses. My only complaint was that time went too fast!!

Lovely, well equipped condo in great location

The studio condo was very nicely decorated, comfortable and had everything we needed in a great location. Property manager was very helpful and always on hand if we had a question. Will request to stay again when we return to the area.

Nice stay at a nice resort.

Relaxing stay at this quiet resort. We didn’t really use the property amenities much as we toured the area most of the days we were there. Otherwise the unit had everything you would need. We’re told we had to supply our own toilet paper and dish soap which was kinda odd for the price paid. Got there and there were 3 bottles of dish soap and multiple rolls of TP ?? Cleaning fee was extra as well. Super easy communication with friendly host and property management.

Had a great time`

The property was awesome- the pool & swim up bar were great, and can't complain about being right next to the beach! My only complaint was that I found a few bugs in the room, but otherwise enjoyed it very much.

5 days of birthday fun

Came there for 5 days for a birthday. 20 of us. All stayed at hotel las palmas we were at the villas. Very close. Wise choice! This way we had a kitchen. The hotel was sold out so the front desk suggested the villas . Private pool for villa guests. Place was awesome and super clean. Very nice staff. Not once was I disappointed. Highly recommend.

Perfect

Great location. Walking distance to town and we are in our 70s. The studio condo is perfect for two and the bed was great. The property manager, Pedro, supplied us with an umbrella for the deck which made it perfect for coffee and breakfast in the morning. Stayed here before and hope to again.
